Well i got my RFE in the mail yesterday it was for my birth Cert , said they needed the long form b.c. i had sent them a certified copy but had got it at my local court house and not at the one in Titus county where i was actually born..... guess that was dumb on my part but honestly i didn't know there was a difference.... I just hope it doesn't delay my case to long. its gonna take about a week or longer to get them to mail it to me.... Good luck with everyone's case hopefully we will all get approved this month........

have you tried calling the NVC and asking if they would accept and Emailed copy now and you just bring the long form during your interview?

Something in my appointment letter says something to that effect. Maybe they will just complete your case and you can bring your bc to the interview.

Just a thought, might be a long shot but you might want to try.

TNGirl, Kristy is still dealing with USCIS it was a RFE with USCIS not NVC. She will be just fine, this is a easy fix for her. Best wishes for your interview TNGirl and all us still waiting for USCIS.

I will probley be banded for life but what the hell, this post is worth it, They have to learn to read at CSC to review the binder I sent, and I did not write in crayon for them to understand, and they are too stuipd to see a true marrige when they have everything on us pertaining to our marriage, relationship. What do they want our first born? they are Sh!!t out of luck there, their not getting that.

Get husband to call and he is told nothing......5 months is the 17th, so we shall see.

Is this a new way of torture? , not being told anything I thought the U.S. dont torture its prisoners, I feel like a prisoner of USCIS. Aug. 12th is my 5 month mark, BUT Aug. 8th is the end of my 60 days for the RFE that what they said in the email when they got my RFE Evidence June 8th.

So what will come first for a approval date, anybodies guess with USCIS.
