My husband called too and he was told the same thing yesterday! Do you guys think that calling might help on anything?

Hello there,

I used to think that calling the NVC everyday will bug them and propel them to work on our papares. BUt my Hubby just called maybe 4 times. Lol! I think he was pissed off a little bit when they said" Still no change".

Just wait a while longer and pray a LOT!

Hey TN! I just learned your interview date is the same day my Hubby arrives here! hahaha! That would be the best date!!!

I am so excited Hubby will be coming! Hooo hooo! We will be diving in Subic together but I could not even swim. HAHAHA!

So I'm taking a swimming lesson now and diving lesson next week!! What a life!!!

Goodluck!

i think they are so inundated with calls from ppl close to their 5 month mark that they just tell everybody the same thing

i just hope they don't go back to the 6 month limit

i wish they would just communicate when they are gonna be done with the worker visas so they can resume normal processing. i'm only 2.5 months into my process but its frustrating to see april filers not moving because that means my process will be further delayed

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Welcome to US Letter May 19th

Card production ordered May 25th

Congrats La Souris! :)

And I'm envious. You live in Montreal. XD

Are you envious because I'll be close by for the interview, or just because Montreal is so much fun? :P Are you in Ontario?

Felicitations, cherie!!!!

FYI, I have never been nor ever will be any good at the accents on a keyboard.

But that is great news, La Souris...it's a rush, eh? Good luck with the rest of the process, it's really fast from this point....

And yes, lucky you that you already live in Montreal not just because of the consolate but it is an amazing city -- i lived there for so long and it is my favourite city in Canada. I'm only in TO though, so no big deal for me to get there.

Good luck, La Souris... that is good news.

:)

See March-filing friends, they're working on it, soon we'll all be racing through the NVC...

Best of luck to everyone.
