I did find the answer but thank you so much for confirming it even more. I hope we get our NVC numbers by the end of the week. Well, at least I'm already 2/4 weeks in waiting. :s

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Edit: Called NVC, they still don't have it. The lady was super nice and she said wait another 2 weeks or so. And it sometimes takes 90 days, it's just the luck of the mail pile I guess XD

Hey LGG! Sorry for the delay....Well, its been a 1month delay on our visa process due to some dramas and trials in between the process.

Aside from my husband's AOS RFE, we are doing good now. 2008 ITR was zero because he was deployed during that time, we forgot to write a written explanation why? Hoping to hear good news by this week. (hoping this is the last RFE)

Hey Paris, I miss you too! Hope things are going your way now.....

Lets all pray for a non-stop approval for March Filers!

OH BTW, CONGRATULATIONS to Lilies for a visa approval!!!!!

2009-04-22 : Return Completed DS-3032 trough e-mail (accepted by NVC on May 04, 09, finally after 12 days)

2009-04-23 : Pay I-864 Bill

2009-04-28 : Return Completed I-864 (NVC upload in their system on May 1, 09)

2009-05-04 : Pay IV Bill

2009-05-05 : Receive IV Bill in our email

Just wanted to update you all. My parents were approved for their immigrant visa this moring. The interview went very well and they will be arriving here on Aug 7th.

Honestly Ivy, just bring everything that you're required to bring and bring TONS of evidence. Just in case. ;)

Pictures help a lot I heard, so bring enough to bury the interviewer. That is what I plan to do. :lol:
