Any March filers, I just sent our I-130 petition out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im soooooo happy!!! Taken us 8 months to re-file, but we did it!!!!!!

We are also March filers, our I-130 petition will be going out tomorrow, 23 March 09. It has taken us 3 years to finally get to this point since our fiance visa (filed in Jan 07) was never finalized by USCIS and is still in limbo. I am also cancelling that as of tomorrow.

We hope and pray for all of you and us that we are approved quickly.

What happened Ber + Ter??????? If check cashes your in the clear. Can you check with the bank to see if cashed?

WELL. OMGOMGOMG, SO EXCITED.

My mother in law, just told me that she got an NOA1 in the mail the other day!! We're in the clear! I'm so happpy!! And well, we used a Money Order sent in US funds from a Canadian Bank, then I read, they only accept from US banks etc, but I guess I proved that theory wrong!

I was just so worried because he got sent overseas, but he wanted us to still file, so he sent me the $355 and I sent it off from Canada...with a Canadian bank money order. Then I heard that they only take payment from US banks...oh man, the relief.
