Not to sound rude, but why would the 2009 tax year be over? I mean, it's not over yet. ._.;

We have tax transcripts for 2008, 2007 and 2006 but we still have to do the I-864 since he did not make 100% above poverty nor 125%. He got into a really bad car accident. Thank god he lived.

He's making it now and that is what matters. Plus once I'm down there, he'll start getting paid for dependents so it's not the issue.

But yeah, I think I'm so confused. I've ended up doing like 90% of this process by myself because he hates paperwork.

And great job on the excel, it looks so pretty and colourful!

oh ######! hahaha... i'm way too sleepy and shouldn't be typing anymore.

Sorry, wrong info... i meant 2008, 2007, 2006.

If he has paychecks now that when summed up annually will meet the poverty guideline, send in his latest paycheck and employment letter.

I heard that some got away with that even if they didn't meet the poverty level. I don't know how many percentage of success though.

Worth the try. Easier to frontload on the documents than worry about RFEs.

Again, sorry.. i'm sleepy. I should quit VJing tonight. haha. :bonk:

Wake up sleepy head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! check your PM and I got a touch yesterday from calling, BUT I just got another touch now!!!!!!!!!!!

WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE YOU!!!!Now go back to sleep LOL

Hahaha.. I got it. I sent you a reply. Had to read it twice to make sure I'm making sense on it.:bonk:

 Well, he's making well over the 125% mark now even though he only needs to prove he can make 100%. So we're fine! But yes, I was going to say Ivy, are you living in the future? Because I'm still back here in 2009.

I'm sure it will be fine! We just have to wait until one of his commanding officers get back. I feel...nervous with leaving Terrance to do the 1-864 bit by himself.

Eh! If only I can zoom past 2009 and go straight to 2010 and spend my first year wedding anniversary with my husband already, I will do so with a blink of an eye.

I have this bad sleep routine nowadays, I don't go to sleep until I'm absolutely and 100% sure that I will fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed. Otherwise, I'd be having terrible dreams about the interview. It's silly but getting that interview date is no comfort at all! In fact it brought me more stress and pressure! :bonk: okay, but I'm not complaining. Really, I'm not!:lol:

Okay you two, I'm going to sleep.

Have a great afternoon everyone! (or morning or evening depending on where you are right now)

Um, going over the I-1864, we ended up getting a household size of 3.

21. Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit:

a. Enter the number you entered on line 10.

So thats a 1.

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:

b. Yourself. 1

c. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse.

Do we count this one too? So confused. x_x

But he's using his 3 year tax transcripts, letter of employment and 6 months worth of pay stubs. I'm even more confused now ._.

Oh Honey, Im sorry. Let me see if I can find a example form. But the total on the form should just be 2 you and him. That is who he is supporting, you and him.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Yeah, I agree but this is really confusing. And he didn't quite make $14k in 2008 due to lack of work, car accident, etc. But he's making it now, and that is what counts right? ._. I need to chill out lala~

Plus my 60 days for the answer from the RFE is running out for them, so its time for them to do something. No choices for them.

Hi Sunflower,

thank you and all I can do right now to help you and everybody waiting for the approval is by praying.

Just to share something, my husband did not call USCIS all the time. i guess he was becoming impatient when the receiver would say " Still no change"! LOL! We never got a touch, even once so I was worried. Just wait a while longer. Soon you will have yours, and also Paris and everybody. And then we will be happily united with our respective spouses and never will part forever.

Keep the faith! God is good!
