i assume your service center was california so i'm really hoping they are picking up again

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Welcome to US Letter May 19th

2009-04-17 : NVC Received and assigned case # (18 days after NOA2)

2009-04-22 : Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill

2009-04-22 : Return Completed DS-3032 trough e-mail (accepted by NVC on May 04, 09, finally after 12 days)

2009-04-23 : Pay I-864 Bill

2009-04-28 : Return Completed I-864 (NVC upload in their system on May 1, 09)

2009-05-04 : Pay IV Bill

2009-05-05 : Receive IV Bill in our email

2009-05-06 : Return Completed IV package/DS-230 (NVC upload it in their system on May 11, 09)

2009-05-26 : Case Completed at NVC (39 days from case# assigned)

2009-06-04 : NVC Left

CSC is trying to clear out the March filers, cause in August, it reaches the 5th month, and they are trying to keep up with their posted processing times.

Congrats on your approval!!!!

I'm so excited for everyone and the new approvals! Beth, you are so next. :) And the more approvals means that the current approved will finally head over to NVC. It's lame how they wait but I can understand it.

hey guys i got another touch today woohoo i know its not much but i'm starting to get excited hopefully they are starting to move finally...:)

Since i applied, i have never got a touch , nothing . Dont know how that works .

HALF HEARTED UPDATE WITH MY CASE. 07/27/2009

I gave in and called CSC, my 8 pound notebook was received, turns out the officer processing my case signed for my note book Officer Tonya Nguyen, and now is a $16.oo 8 pound Nylon notebook paperweight on her desk. I was told I will hear very shortly. Turns out all of CSC knows of the notebook and the request from Washington, DC. Im the most hated U.S. petitioner at CSC!!! But got to admit , the same lady I talk too who is usually nasty to me, was a real princess this go around. I was shocked!!!! So there it is, lets see where it goes, as far as the piece of mind, I lost that a long time ago in this nightmare.
