Man,

All I wanna say is that USCIS sucks and really sucks. I have dealt with this agency for more than seven years and it is the most incompetent agency in my opinion. Retarded!!!

I have been reading this thread ever since it was started and keeping my fingers cross for all of you still waiting. I am a regular reader of this thread, but don't post that much since I am in Feb filers thread. I wish all of you including Paris heart get your approvals soon. NVC will be a breeze for all of you.

Just to let all of you know. The only way this agency(USCIS) will work fast for you is if you sue them. They work very fast when you sue them, believe me. And I did once sue them and that's how I know it!

They did that once before last year, I believe.. their dates were off.. well, they can say that's just an error on the page.. haha, everyone's so excited about that.. you should worry more about how to fight them if they start giving you trouble.. like I said before, I'm fighting this all the way to the end.. now my wife is sending the emails to Guangzhou Consulate, and finally got a reply back yesterday.. they know better than to mess with me.. I'm not even going to bother sending them emails.. I was going on "full blast" Monday had she not got a tracking number for the call-in letter.. guess I will be nice and give them a few more days to give her the visa stamp..

I-130 STAGE 1 : 533 days - 1 year 6 months (4/16/2007 to 9/22/2008)

Priority Date I-130 : 4/16/2007 ( 533 days , APPROVED 9/22/2008)
Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

They will confuse your case just like they confused ours.. that's why I had the local office interview.. they probably thought I was doing an AOS instead of a CR1 or K3 visa..

There is no confusion to my case! They just need to get their heads out of their A$$ and do their job right the first time.

The evidence I sent them on Monday was not what they asked for in the 1st RFE, so they had to have Washington call me and request the evidence which they did not request before.

I really hope the processing time update is screwed up, would suck if it's right.

Still nothing to report here. Don't know if I should ask my husband to call again or not. Last time he did, he was told not to call back until September.

Removal of Conditions: 12/09/2011

ROC check cashed 12/15/11

NOA1 12/13/11

Biometrics 1/6/12 Complete

RFE 9/13/12

RFE package sent back 10/17/12
