I sent them everything from the day our relationshp begans, emails from Dec. 2006, to present, chat logs, email logs, chats with the good parts blackened out, 3 inch thick of phone bills, every card, letter my husband ever gave me, copies of our paperwork when we intended to marry in France, emails from the French Consulate in Houston who was assising us in marriage in France, and emails from U.S. Embassy in Paris when they also assisted us. They asked for it, well they got it.

Truly happy!!!

I believe it's because Ber+Ter's husband is in the army or something? About to be deployed? If this is the case I believe it allows the case to be expedited.

ahh, well here is to wishing she gets the expedite. I will be hitting my 3 months on friday, might call next week to get an update. Had a touch on July 9th but nothing since.

so why wasn't an expedite request sent all along?

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Its been 4 months for me , no RFE , no touches nothing . Every time i call , they say you need to wait 6 months . Hmmmm I hope they dont mean that in Mars months , cause earth months are completely different .

Does anyone know , if CSC has picked up speed on approvals , cause this is getting ridiculous .
