our touch was from calling on the 25th. i just called right now and they said the case has been assigned to an officer today. it is the 29th now. but when i called last week they said its been with an officer since june 10h. now i asked him why did they say it was with an officer since the 10th and now you are saying its with one today? he said that it may have been reassigned to some other officer. he says it usually takes around two weeks to a month for an officer to make a decision. so now another two weeks to 30 days of checking the mailbox for nothing. i hope everyone gets their approval soon. i hate all this beuracratic stuff. :ranting:

I know it just goes on and on. Today I feel like Im on pins and needles. But I think I will know something tomorrow. Its tortue, pure torture.

I would go by that your case was assigned June 10th, so give it till July 10th then call. But I bet you hear before then for a approval.

We got touch again 6/30/2009 after my husband called them.But still they they only told my husband that its takes 5 month to processed since the date of our NOA1.I dont know if they tell the truth...

The touch was probley from the call, it usually produces a touch after calling. 5 months to process, that is crazy, as we all know they dont process in order of receipt. Hang in there Hon, its all we can do. Best wishes, I hope soon you have good news.

wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

NVC STAGE 2 : 99 days - 3 months (9/30/2008 to 1/7/2009)
NVC Received : 9/30/2008
Received Packet 3 (I-864/DS-230) : 11/10/2008
NVC says "RFE sent out 12/9/08 for missing documents" : 12/10/2008

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013

there is a possibility i may request my Interview to be put on hold for sometime due to some urgent circumstances ..nothing rather than this i have

Moved to the CR-1 Sub Forums!!! Morning all! Any progress? No touches since 06/29/09 I wonder if approved without changing the on line status?

Its happened many many times, cant wait to see what U.S. mail brings in next couple of days!!!! Happy 4th all, be safe.

Woke up a while ago, it's now 3:10am here, just catching up on my reading list.

a very nice read, I'd recommend this to all my married friends.

Do we get a cook out here? I'll miss 4th of July holiday!! Boo hoo!!! Have to wait next year to celebrate this event.

I celebrated the Calgary Stampede today! The World's Biggest Rodeo.There were pancake breakfasts all over the city. It was great. :D

Good morning March filers, Im so sick of writting this, its another new week, will it bring anything???

Day 28 since I got email from CRIS of evidence received case resummed processing, blah. blah. blah. Will it ever come a answer from them? I have nothing left in me. The rest of March filers still waiting and waiting, UGH!!! Feel like we are the forgotten ones. Any idea of what USCIS is doing??? Why no approvals lately?

No, no answer Beth.

I can only think maybe they are working on the petitions from people that dont use VJ. this is what I am wishing.

I looked at my little date calculater today is 91 days. Its kind of discouraging to see a number like that. I wish that I had not known I was at CSC because I would have expected this wait from VSC.

Feeling the usual immigration blues... but the upside is im going outside to play in a pool unless husband gets onlline in next 20 min.

Yipppyyy time to play and splash and have some fun.

Beth, how was your 4th ? Did they repair your internet lines yet >?

Bets any news on interview ?

Anybody have anything to share ? not immi but anything ?
