well, it's not over yet.. hopefully he told the Guangzhou Consulate and DOS to shove it.. do you know who is higher? Dept of State or USCIS(who is under DHS)? According to his profile on USCIS, he belongs to DHS..

I would think DHS would be higher than DOS....not sure though

http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/

USCIS is a small subset of DHS..

http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/rls/dos/99494.htm

http://www.state.gov/aboutstate/

on this page, on the left hand side.. they seem to "own" the embassies/consulates..

maybe I complained to the wrong top guy? not sure.. well, maybe all I got now is that DHS thinks we are not bad guys.. and they are telling Dept of State..

I heard about that a work. Can you say RANDOM?! Well, I really do hope that they're working on March and Feb filers!

SIMPS

well good news is, USCIS is moving again...hearing approvals and touches...be ready my March Filer Buddies~!

I need to hear good news from you....

haha.. i don't think they're working exclusively Feb and March , most likely they just say what you want to hear.

i know 1 april filer who got approved, normal filer not expedite. so there goes that "we're working on feb and march filer" down the drain.

they don't work on date of petition... they randomly do things in their own mysterious ways.

Based on time line data, your I130 may be adjudicated between September 2, 2009 and August 31, 2010*. Thats ma time line    okay now i m not gonna wait next week or whole month.. This is ridicules well i knew ppl wacko jacko's death will effect on their work hehhehehehhehe... hate these stupid jerks... heard in news that Obama gonna make more easier on immigration in next 90days.. well hopefully..

This just cracked me up . I was trying to figure out how Sept 19 came after Sept 21 and after scratching my head for a while realized that it was 2010 .

Atleast now i know some one at USCIS is working really hard . I have a time line now to sit and scratch my head .
