off to sleep, it is now 5:30am here in the Philippines.

i got a PJ party to attend tonight... it would be a good break from all these visa stuffs. Then when I get home tomorrow.. I'll start with gathering documents for interview.

I called USCIS today and spoke to this gentleman . Very polite , and according to him, they are still working on Feb and March filers and that they are running a month late . As per him , i am suppose to hear something by the end of July . Lol still my case has not been assigned to a officer .

Well 3-5months according to him . I'll call them again by 2 nd week of July and see how it goes .

This is just getting ridiculous .

nothing new to report here. Hopefully we hear something soon, getting very frustrated with the process and need to hear some good news.

haha.. i don't think they're working exclusively Feb and March , most likely they just say what you want to hear.

i know 1 april filer who got approved, normal filer not expedite. so there goes that "we're working on feb and march filer" down the drain.

they don't work on date of petition... they randomly do things in their own mysterious ways.

Hey Mariel i was rite woman must be at least one of Micheal's friend could have cry at USCIS office.. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: man and others were just giving Sympathy for not crying.. :hehe: :hehe: Oh no realized our day is finish now just to stop a person crying for his super hero's death ,lets go to home and enjoy with the family.. :o:huh: i wonder if they really have a family though.. :blink::hehe: well that was the clear cut excuse for not having any approval yesterday..

Morning March filers!! LGG still in shock with your approval? LOL congrats again Dearheart!!!!

Happy Friday all, hang in there, we can survive this nightmare. :dance: Be happy for what we do have, I re-discovered that this morning.

On alighter note, got a new set of claws, and had my toes done, so this weekend a shopping trip to Macys for new sandals!!!!

Truly happy!!!

I just called DOS, and they are going to remove my I-601 Waiver from the system.. they say they were about to send it out, but I guess the DD had something to say about it.. :thumbs: more news to come though.. hopefully with the removal of the waiver, we should get approved?? :dance: :dance:
