hello i called csc today they said that our case is with an officer since june 10th. and it is under review. she didnt say we have an RFE though. she said i need to wait another two weeks before calling again, this is on top of the two weeks the other officer told me it would take to recieve something. i wonder what is going on there that they can just tell u we're sending you something in two weeks and then come to find u have to wait another two weeks on top of that. the first time i talked to an officer he said u need to wait for 30 -45 days then i called and got an officer and he said you will recieve something in two weeks now another officer told me wait two more weeks then call. i only hope that after all this they dont send an RFE. :bonk::crying: it almost seems like they dont know what to do to get me to stop calling. so theyre just making up stuff to get me to not call.

If its been assigned to a officer on June 10th that is good. My was assigned April 14 and 2 weeks later well I heard, a RFE #######!

Anyways, give it 2 weeks, I bet your approved by July 8th Mrs. Simps. You making progress, just a bit longer. Its coming Dearheart!!!!

Can't trust those  la la land's Cartoons .. see u have sent bunch of alot of papers but still got the RFE.. Hell with them.. hopefully something come out.. see hubby called yesterday and we got touched.. anyways we can't do except waiting.. LGG congratulation dear.. after a long wait u got ur approval..

Mrs. Simps, I admit I may of sent way tooooo much, and they did not bother to go thru the stack, so okay, I sent them exactly what they want, easy, and simple, hum, I have a thought, maybe I should of wrote it all in crayon for them, LOL Okay cheap shot!!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Hi Paris,

Noticed something new in your timeline...

"June 25th, Responded to letter from Senator. Lets see what he does. Not holding my breath on this one."

what's that all about?

CONGRATULATIONS TO LGG FOR GETTING THE GOLDEN NOA2!! Wishing you a fast NVC journey.

I told him that I got the email from CRIS June 8th of evidence received case processing resummed, and now its 17 days later and still nothing, that people approved in less time, etc. etc. and most folks who get RFE and get their email from CRIS that eviddence received etc. etc is approved with 48 hours, I found this in numerous posting on VJ and another immigration website, I told him Family does not count in USA anymore.

That USCIS answers to nobody!!!I held nothing back. Enough is enough!!!!!!!!!

oh wow!!!

ahem... ahem... not to be the bad guy here...

but i seem to remember, the congressman/senator inquiry will not do any good unless you are past the 5 months mark?

just asking okay?

So a RFE falls into the catagory of 5 months processing times,???? Im sure some AH will make up that rule HUM sent him many time lines of regular cases and RFE cases. So he has a good idea of what Im talking about. Also sent some other interesting facts, so we will see.

But Plan B is in works, been offered a position overseas, may just take it.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Oh.. i don't know. i just thought they won't do anything until the petition goes past 5 months.

Hope things work out Paris, I don't know what's happening down in USCIS, but sure doesn't feel right to wait for an RFE resolution for so long.

It's okay guys...I don't even know if my petition is with an officer or not. I think my age and my husbands is at a disadvantage because we're early 20's. Oh well ): I hope they get to you soon Beth...and if you don't mind me asking, how much did you send? >_<

2 1/2 YEARS OF EVIDENCE!! All neatly marked and organized. Should just sent marriage cert, and honeymoon proof like all the others.

but I felt we had more to prove due to the past. Oh well proving a TRUE marriage is useless to USCIS.

Truly happy!!!
