no updates from my side.. Hey Paris and Beth did u get touch yet or not?? what the heck still nothing in mail.. eyes are getting tired of watching only touch and updates.. need something good for my heart rather i would be in shock soon lol..

Hi all,

This may be out of place in this forum but please can someone answer my question regarding my spouse signing and dating DS 3032 and DS 230 before my application gets to NVC. I am sending her these documents to be signed and dated before my case is approved. Is this okay to do before NVC generates these forms and send it out to me?

My question really is..does the date of her signing matters? (before I130 case is approved)

Hi, personally I don't think it will be a problem.. I sent my DS-230 to hubby and put the date there about a month before my hubby finally sent it to NVC. I also called NVC and spoke to an operator, she said that's fine. BUT if you don't feel comfortable with that, you can ask your wife to leave the date blank, and when the time comes for you to send the DS-230 and DS-3032 to NVC you can fill out the date part manually (hand write it).

I super envy you..hope il complete my case soon...(naunahan mo pa ako..hehehe)

Anyways, hubby is stationed in Fort Campbell Kentucky and hopefully I'll be staying at Clarksville,TN....30 minutes away from Nashville...yey! ur super near......hehehe

the problem is that nothng in hand to do only to wait and as long as in their processing time window so for sorry nothing to do but to call frm time to time to keep track of the case and if any problems ....

Mariel, it is all by God's mercy. We hit quite a few snags along the way but I'm glad the US part of this petition is over.

I'm sure yours will be done soon... we waited approximately 11 days to case completion from the date that we sent off our DS230.

Yours won't be far off.

The down side of all this is that airfare rates are expensive in August and September. Boo hoo!!!

Is the approval letter in all US embassy colored PINK? Hummm...
