2009-03-10 : I-130 NOA1 (Check has been cashed on March 11, 09)

2009-03-13 : Touched

2009-03-30 : I-130 Approved! 20 days after NOA1

2009-04-17 : NVC Received and assigned case # (18 days after NOA2)

2009-04-22 : Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill

2009-04-22 : Return Completed DS-3032 trough e-mail (accepted by NVC on May 04, 09, finally after 12 days)

2009-04-23 : Pay I-864 Bill

2009-04-28 : Return Completed I-864 (NVC upload in their system on May 1, 09)

2009-05-04 : Pay IV Bill

2009-05-05 : Receive IV Bill in our email

2009-05-06 : Return Completed IV package/DS-230 (NVC upload it in their system on May 11, 09)

Congrats no where man. Im still sad no NOA2 in the mail. But I am really praying it will come this June. June is not over yet. Or it could be JUly!! LOL! Oh my!!

So I just checked online for processing times...

I-130\ Petition for Alien Relative\ U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21\ 5 Months!!

I think this means we can call and harass them soon. But of course, keep it to a minimum. ;)

Tngirl ..u will be with me in August Club , as ur Embassy can hold alot of Interviews rather than our which serve 3 countries bla bla bla ...

so expect an interview letter between now and 2nd week of July ...
