Hello all,

Is it too early to call USCIS CSC in order to check the status of my application? It's been 2 months now and I haven't heard anything and nothing was updated on the website, not even a touch, since April 22 (The time they received my application).

Your opinion is very appreciative.

why u didnt get interview date, u have waited pretty long time. hopefully u will have receive it in comming week. our prayer is with u.

because our Embassy give half of the Interview slots to the lottery (the diversity ) ,,the other half is for 3 countries include Egypt (Sudan and Sumalia ) as there is war there and danger ..so all is turned to our Embassy ...and as a result as of us Egyptian of any other Visa category have so so few slots every month for us and our Visa ...

last one i heard got an Interview have a case complete of May 4 here in VJ

may be they went little far at NVC more than this for others who r not here wz us , and so i have a strong believe i will be assigned soon for an August Interview ...

you never stop waiting on that process till u have your 10 Years GC in ur hands ..or let me be more direct ..you will be done with USCIS when u have ur Citizenship Certificate in ur hands

but we wont give up , and will take all what we want no matter they want to give it easy to us or not

i wana hear good news from ur Guys about ur NOA2 , or i will be angry from u all

i really WISH that i have an accurate answer ...

but we cant ask ALAH why it happened ...its his hand ..i just followed the guides here and this is what happened

me my self didnt believe it when wife showed me the notice in CAM ..i even told her to scan it and send it to me in her next letter ..but this is what happened ..and its a bless ..el hamd le ALAH for everything

and u guys patience ..and GOD willing it will be a lovely surprise and close more than u can Imagine

Two months is too early to worry... however, i would advice to call every two weeks or a month just to see

if they have updates. sometimes they have computer glitches and USCIS fails to send out notices.

i was told by an officer i would get something in the mail last week and it would come within two weeks. it is now the second week and i am waiting for whatever it is. he told me he didnt know if it is an RFE or an approval. online the status is the same and it hasnt been touched since last week on sunday. ( i think they must have just put the wrong date) does anyone know what this might mean? usually u see an RFE online before they send it by 15 days. and it is not online yet. does this mean we are supposed to recieve an approval on the I 130? or is there some other possibility? thanks for any response.

hopefully dear.. mother in low talked to my hubby today and asked him what if they will deny it again?? .. she is kind of afraid bcoz of our last K1 denial.. I hope something good will come out this week so at least she would feel relax.. in lows are more stressed out by watching me us waiting 2 whole year..
