No where man,

why u didnt get interview date, u have waited pretty long time. hopefully u will have receive it in comming week. our prayer is with u.

Morning ...

because our Embassy give half of the Interview slots to the lottery (the diversity ) ,,the other half is for 3 countries include Egypt (Sudan and Sumalia ) as there is war there and danger ..so all is turned to our Embassy ...and as a result as of us Egyptian of any other Visa category have so so few slots every month for us and our Visa ...

last one i heard got an Interview have a case complete of May 4 here in VJ

may be they went little far at NVC more than this for others who r not here wz us , and so i have a strong believe i will be assigned soon for an August Interview ...

you never stop waiting on that process till u have your 10 Years GC in ur hands ..or let me be more direct ..you will be done with USCIS when u have ur Citizenship Certificate in ur hands

but we wont give up , and will take all what we want no matter they want to give it easy to us or not

i wana hear good news from ur Guys about ur NOA2 , or i will be angry from u all :D

hey how do you tell if embassy has received your packet yet?

btw coffee #2 and happy fathers day to all you lucky guys

they'll mail the beneficiary a notice, so i've heard.

any news on your interview date yet?

have you guys thought about getting the medicals yet?

i'm anxious to be with my husband already... this long distance marriage really sucks! and add to that, yahoo messenger have been giving us crappy service despite the fact that we paid phone in and out.

MARCH FILERS

Please do not forget to update the excel file... thank you!!

as far as i know they let people in with NOA2 for the medicals.

i checked the excel file, it still says people can edit it without logging in. ... keep trying if you have the time.

thanks!!!

Morning everyone

i like still to post here lol

good luck all this week

I swear something has to break loose with USCIS , what the hell are they doing? Patience is truly running out, just read my time line. 2 weeks after emial of resume processing, and still nothing. Very few had touches, dont understand it.

One good thing ,its quiet today, no bickering like over the weekend, gosh what a cluster fudge that was. SICKENING!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Hi everybody,

We are just in the procces to filling and collecting the papers for the I-130.

I don't want to make any mistake, so maybe you can help me what were the documents that they asked along with the I-130. Of course I read the check list , but I still have some worries.

I'm living and working in Hungary and I will wait for the visa here.( I have a 10 year tourist visa with that I can travel to the US).

Me and my husband got married in Arizona in Jan 2009 (after 5 years of long distance "dating"), we have never lived together , so we do not have any joint account or joint tenancy...

1. How neccessary the Affidavits of sworn from a third party?

2. What other kind of documents is useful to send them? (we have many pictures , greeting cards ..etc, but I don't know if that is what they mean evidence of bonifide marriage)

Thanks a lot in advance !

Hi Viri...

I think the best record of proving a relationship is airline boarding passes, passport stamps that prove you've seen each other in the past two years. My husband and I showed a joint banking account in the US which I was lucky to get not being a landed citizen yet. Basically, they just want to see that you've met and spent some time together in the past two years. Some photos from various times and your boarding pass and a screen capture of your chat logs to one another or a phone bill or something.

Best of luck to you...

LGG

but why do they put it on AP? why is that a "tradition"

Most MENA males are put on AP ..either for security check or just to give the US citizen a plenty of time under pressure for the beneficiary , as a way to determine if the relation isnot fraud ..and i tell u ..it worked is some cases really ...

but there is other reasons ..AP was made specially to fight fraud in countires with high rate fraud cases ..and they consider MENA area to be the most although many places make records even more than here ..but its the fact ..and i say TRADITION because they practise it here as a daily habit whtever and however ur case is .

but there is still some just get the approval and Visa in days ...but the majority are not .
