Its not a stomach virus, for past 3 days, Ive been taking a detox system and Acai, and it kicked in, I think I lost 10 pounds alone this morning, if you know what I mean. Detox the system is good for you, but can be rough, UGH!!!! I need more coffee. Yeah send file to my email, you know the address. Go and eat lunch, food at this moment is killing what is left of me, yuck. Talk to you soon.

Yeap, Im getting back on my diet, the one where I lost all that weight, I will keep committed to this again, increase my running, everyother day, and bike and use Box flew on days of not running. I felt better when I did this regularly, want to drop maybe 30 more pounds. Mohand says No, will be too this for my bone structure, he says Im perfect now, but that is what great sweet husbands always say, LOL BUt I tell you, my picture that is posted my face looks so fat LOL more cheeks to pinch he says, LOL
