AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could breath a bit is USCIS would quit playing touchie with my petition, and just approve the darn thing, they emailed me on Monday at 7 pm , RFE evidence received resummed processing of my case, then touched it Tuesday and yesterday, will check later for more touches.

Please just approve it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck dear.. hopefully they send u approval soon.. I do not trust these ppl touching and stuff.. its just annoying (:

hello i talked to an officer today too. he told me they moved it off the shelf number 8th and we should hear about it in two weeks or less. i hope hes right. he said if i dont hear by then then i need to call again. does anyone know what it means. he said if i get an RFE it will come in the mail and if we get approval it will come in the mail too. sounds like he doesnt know. may God help us amen.

No_where_man, did you take your medical exam yet? How was it?

Ugh, false alarm.. the RFE was for our DS230, guess they didn't scan it in the system yet.

We're keeping our fingers crossed that they would accept our AOS and DS230 to complete our case already.

Still hoping for a July interview and August entry, albeit it seems a bit impossible just now.

Going to change my passport next week... it will take me two weeks to get the new one, hopefully by then the case is already complete and I can go take the medical exam already.

Ugh, false alarm.. the RFE was for our DS230, guess they didn't scan it in the system yet.

We're keeping our fingers crossed that they would accept our AOS and DS230 to complete our case already.

i didnt have my medical ..here we cant unless we have our Interview letter as a requirement ..and NVC told me that i didnt have a july Interview due to the high capacity of our US embassy here ,

the last one got an Interview is someone on May 4 ...so i believe STRONGLY i will get an august Interview ..

untill its scheduled and i have the Interview letter so im on stand by mode ...........

yep, here you can take the medical exam just with your NOA2.

this is me just planning in my head, just in case we get our case complete within the next two weeks so i can be ready.

ah, i'm still praying that they will complete the case without further RFE for the AOS.

i've been busy.. watching Naruto Anime.. hehe.. it's good to be home! At least this old home, it would be best to be home in my hubby's arms though.

thank you... been breathing good air in Singapore and Malaysia.. cleared my head a bit.

Trip was curtesy of mom and dad... food was paid for by older brother.. life is good indeed.
