Thanks Paris Heart.. yeah I just realized that we didn't put my hubby last work address.. I hope they didn't pay attention on that :D and everything gonna be fine :)

Sweetheart, I truly think that is not a red flag for a RFE. Now mine is, I only gave them copy of judge signing wedding cert. I did not send them the filed and or registured copy. Oh well, its okay, we will all get thru this process. Its okay Lilies, breath, it will be fine.

Oh wow  so the marriage certificate needs to be a registered copy? My gosh we only sent a photo copy of it.

I just hope they will overlook on my vaccination report..We didnt know I 693 is part of the application. But anyway your right we will get thru this.

I'm happy to get in touch with you guys..Goodluck to everybody, I guess the long wait is just starting.

No it need to be a photo copy of the recorded copy. Hey if your showing a K1 why do you have a marriage cert? And what is a I-693 being part f the application? But welcome !!! and good luck.

Never mind, your already approved and went thru process. I think you posted in the wrong thread.

Oh my gosh sorry guys.. :o BTW were on AOS sorry again

We sent an actual copy of the Marriage certificate, just in case.

And gosh, I hate this process. They only got our petition a week ago, but yet it feels like so much longer. I can't wait until we get our NOA1. Here's to waiting, I suppose.

Can anyone help me.. I'm a little bit confuse with my situation now. My hubby just moved to TX for a new job, but his new job require him to traveling a lot.. so even though he moved to TX we don't have a fixed address yet.. since his job provide for acommodation in a hotel until now. There's also a possibility that his job will send him to other states. So, my question is: Do we need to change address online on USCIS website? or no need to change address, since we put his grandparents address on his G-325A? So there's always someone (his grandparents) who will receive the documents from uscis and forward it to my husband?

What about you Ber + Ter? You said your hubby is on deployment.. so which address that you use? (if you don't mind) :) Thanks.

For me, you dont need to change address, as long as there is someone who can recieve mails all the time, thats good enough. You've mentioned that your hubby dont have a permanent address of his own, since he's travelling most of the time. As long as there is someone who you can trust that can recieve your mail.

Hi Mariel, thanks for your reply.. that's what I thought too.. but I wasn't really sure earlier.. :D

Anyway, let say my case already in NVC, in DS-230 question #10 they ask: Permanent address in the United States where you intend to live, if

known (street address including ZIP code). Include the name of a person who currently lives there. which address should I put in there?

The problem with the USCIS forms that they are not reliable ..

i do agree with Mariel ..she is right ...USCIS asks to be informed of change of the address so they make sure you will have the whole notices bla bla bla

as of your Question , i believe you must provide them with the address you will be in when you enter the states ..they CANT send u your GC and other stuff while u move from place to place ...meaning ..mention the place you will be till u have your GC and be stable ,then you can move anywhere :)

Good Morning to you and Good evening to me(lol).....well,here's the deal prettyful. IF you dont know yet where to live when you enter US,(since your hubby is always on the go....)I guess the address(grandparents) you provide them is a lot safe to put. If they ask you about it, then tell them that your hubby is travelling from place to place, they would probably understand. My hubby is a US Army, and he dont want to buy a house unless im there, coz he will be deployed most of the time. I think that's why your hubby cant buy a house coz ur not there yet, and he will always be travelling.

We were shooting for filing in March, but the timing just isn't going to happen. Heading up there next weekend to get married and all that (just signing papers, couple vows, and some witnesses) so we can start the entire process. Hopefully we can squeeze it into March!

Good luck to you guys!

Hi Paris Heart,

Thank you for this thread. My husband filed our I130 last March 12 but then we sent it to California Service Center instead of Chicago for the hope that it will be faster since chicago will mail it anyway to California. But if we mada mistake i hope California will just mail it back to my husband so he can mail it to Chicago.

But I guess, we will just wait for the result till next week.

We are one in this journey. Please any advise from yo will really be appreciated.

God bless to us.
