I didnt see any approvals who you talking about sweets ?

when was the last time you called ? I am half tempted to call on Monday just to see what they say.

Hey Girlie, Nice to see you again, well a 2 year old little girl got approved, and few off Igors list.

I called last Tuesday to see if they have my RFE evidence, useless call, said system was not updated, but I did get signature and date/time of when they got it. They said to call back in a 1 week if still nothing, so I will call Wednesday if they dont resume prcessing of RFE or whatever. I think I will know this week, a K1 got RFE took 22 days for his approval once they got his evidence, so Im useing that time line, and 22 days will be Wednesday. Plus I did somthing else, but I will Gmail you later. Hope your back in the swing of things at work, and great pics. I will Gmail you later, got to run to market and hardware store, I moved the bow flew and lost a few screws somehow, oh well, off I go. Talk to you later Dumpling. And its nice to see you again seen Bets lately????? I will call her later this PM

I think I am back in the swing of things I hope. I will check Gmail when I get back in the house I have a family dinner thing to do tonight. They are trying to drive me crazy since I got home. Mom is scared I will move to the Middle East if we dont get some movement on the petition.

Congrats on the weight loss, its so hard to do the no carb dieting, I get SO SO SO sleepy. The best thing I found was substituting A LOT of protien turkey tuna tried to stay away from red meat you know the atkins guy died of a heart attack.... LOL

I am full of useless facts.

Questions though I am sure already answered in this thread I should look before asking, can the Pet. pay all fees for NVC online including the IV bill ? I do know the AOS for sure but I was unsure about the Ben. fees .... thanks in advance

yes the petitioner can pay all the fees including the IV fee bill of 400$ , this depends on whom the beneficiary choose to be his/her agent to deal with NVC .and thats the usage of DS-3032 ,either the ben choose the pet as the agent or to choose an attorney ..or just to do it him/herself ...however ..who is choosed is who pay and recieve all mails and RFE`s etc ....

Thank you Nowhereman, I did enjoy the trip very much. Stayed a few extra days and wish I could have stayed longer but the kiddos needed me home.

Actually the reason I am confused is that we have an attorney and he said just pay it when it shows up online avail to pay. So i suppose that I will do exactly that sometimes I think i DONT KNOW WHY I HAVE AN ATTORNEY AT ALL.... but if ever I messed something up I couldnt live with myself so at least now I have someone else to blame.. .

No where man are you still waiting on a interview date to be assigned ?

Attorney proved to be a waste of time , so its better to always keep tracking them and what they are doing , an advise for u ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

yeah no Interview yet ..actually no Egyptians got any interviews yet even whom have case complete early May , only one member got it , and may be its expedite , not sure .but all else still ...our Embassy conduct Interviews for 3 countries ( Egypt, Sudan, Somalia ) and this is due to the wars in these two countries so theres no consulate generals there and ours is the one , adding to that the diversity Visa tht reserve nearly half of the Interview slots every month alone ..so lets say our Embassy is SUPER SUPER busy all the year time , hopefully this week i get an Interview time ..whenever i will update ..thanks for caring ..and glad u spent a good time there ..mine is coming soon also for 20 days ...

Hey guys Visa time line says they r working on April filers so what about us ?? nothing new from my side, I m just getting bore here day by day.. I wanted to watch TV but stupid dumb Cable isn't working... -_- These VJ time line says now my I-130 will be adjustable till 3 may to 21 may and if i do not get any updates or approval then i might call them.. Well my husband don't wanna call them anymore now. They r not replying to our questions..

me, Paris, Ber+ter, Courtney, sunflowers and who else were there?? I will be so happy if anyone of us get some updates bcoz our time lines are almost so close. really its strange we r still on there and they started working on April filers...

By the way good news for me is Hubby coming back to me In august( still need to book ticket). Hubby decided to do online classes for the semester and will stay with me for 1 month or more wow ...

The time lines never made sence, still cant figure them out except when someone got approved and updated their time line, that updated the VJ time lines. Its all a draw of luck with approvals. Who knows?

Thats is nice MRs. Simps that hubby is coming in August, now that is something to look forward to and to plan for. Hopefully in 3 months, I will be in Paris with my husband, I figure it will be my last trip so this tirp will be extra special, Im making a list of things to do that we have not done yet in France. Also looking into taking trian to Italy for a day or two, that would be great. Anyways, Im babbling, have a good day all.

At the cermony, Prince Charles was there, Gordon Brown, and Prime Minister Harper, and of course Pres. Sarkozy of France but to me, seems like Obama was lead, and I liked that. It was a lovely ceremony . Im glad I ran across it channel surfing late last night, even woke up hubby in Paris to watch it. He really like Obama.

i guess he will need all the support possible(from ARABS ,Muslims ..Christians and everyone believe in living in peace ) to fight back the war callers , and the ones who dont want peace , pretty sure we know whom we talk abt ...............

we will support him ..he is good it seems ..and having a muslim blood in him make him aware of real Islam and Muslims which help him to see the real WE ...

For FY 2009, USCIS announced on April 8, 2008 that the entire quota for visas for the year has been reached, for both 20,000 Advanced and the 65,000 quota. USCIS would complete initial data entry for all filing received during April 1 to April 7, 2008 before running the lottery

saw this on wikipedia

ok so i saw in another post, probably in this same thread, where they center can turn out 50,000 approvals each month

so in about 2 months they should be able to pick up back the family petitions again

that would make it around mid-june that we'll start to hear more approvals..... hopefully........
