i shared this to anyone who completed there case what i did is i emailed NVC using the email, thats where i got my interview date

nvc format:

HI, GOOD DAY, MY NAME IS (APPLICANTS' NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, PETITIONERS NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH). I WOULD LIKE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE NEW STATUS OF OUR CASE.

OUR CASE WAS COMPLETED ON (DATE) VIA NVC AUTOMATED 24/7 VOICE SYSTEM.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU HAPPEN TO KNOW IF WE GOT ANY SCHEDULE FOR ME( MEDICAL AND THE INTERVIEW).ANY HELP IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

There has been about 5 approvals in the last few days. so maybe they have set aside the HB visas for a while, one can only hope.Night all, and ye for a while, Im headed out of country.

they may not have totally abandoned the I130 BUT its obvious they are not on top of it like before

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Well nowhere now, I was suppose to go to Puerta Vallata for a company gulf tournament, but boss decided to go anyways, that is fine with me, I rather not be far from home right now. So now when I get home, I will unpack, LOL . and put the gulf clubs back in the closet.

No news on RFE 2 weeks now since USCIS received my evidence packet, so the wait and frustration continues.

Truly happy!!!

that was tragic.. we got one Filipino man from the flight too... tsk, i hope i really hope that some of them are still alive... if all of them then thats more good.. sigh.. Oh Lord... anyways, i will be back today for my second day of medical..

after 3 days now nvc case no. assigned for sophia.. i dont know what to do.. agent from nvc decline getting the information over the phone to select choice of agent.

That is cause NVC dont have your case from USCIS yet, just give it a few more days. Just takes a bit of time for CSC to send your case to NVC, then they have to put your case in their system. It will all work out, try calling again on Friday to NVC.

Giving all an update they have received my revised 230 and police records and tax papers paying that they will approve this time around my taxes are rather complicating as i am self employed and file as llc.
