Guys, I just realized that in my hubby G-325A we didn't put his last work address.. we just put the company name :crying: Do you think they will send us a RFE??

u cant know if they will send RFE till they do ..cheer up ..

even if RFE (its sent on advanced levels when they make a real process on ur petition) meaning if they do be sure u will be approved in 30 Days max ....RFE put ur case on hold till u reply back this is it ..and it means advanced processing as i mentioned .stop worrying ..i believe we all made mistakes ( although we spent days or even monthsd preparing )

Sweetheart, I truly think that is not a red flag for a RFE. Now mine is, I only gave them copy of judge signing wedding cert. I did not send them the filed and or registured copy. Oh well, its okay, we will all get thru this process. Its okay Lilies, breath, it will be fine.

ATTENTION PLEASE :

on the NVC shortcut theres some missing important thing that i saw somewhere .

when u fill the DS-230 u include 2 personal pictures by the beneficiary ..ok we know that

but PLEASE (the beneficiary ) PUT your name ..DOB and case number on the back of the TWO pictures lighlty ..ALSO write the NVC case number on EVERY photocopy u submit whtever on the I-864 or the DS-230 package ( only the photo copies NOT the originals )

hope this be useful for ppl preparing such documents now ..

Oh gosh, more to keep up with. This is important kids, thanks No Where Man, Hey I see there is life on this planet "thread" again. yesterday was like a another planet. LOL!!!! 1st cup of coffee and 4th Twizzler I'll need twizzlers re-hab before its all over with!! LOL

No not lucky, USCIS is probely saying dumb witch forgot the registured copy of marriage cert. RFE her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Oh wow so the marriage certificate needs to be a registered copy? My gosh we only sent a photo copy of it.

I just hope they will overlook on my vaccination report..We didnt know I 693 is part of the application. But anyway your right we will get thru this.

No it need to be a photo copy of the recorded copy. Hey if your showing a K1 why do you have a marriage cert? And what is a I-693 being part f the application? But welcome !!! and good luck.
