Good afternoon everybody!!!!

What's up with you guys? Been busy? I slept soundly.. haha.

Hey!! I dreamt the other night that I was in the airport arriving in US.

Think that's a good sign? Hehehe.. I couldn't find my hubby though. Wonder where he went. :bonk:

That was a nice dream... I remember I was carrying two big luggages and one messenger bag with me.

I hope that dream comes true soon, not the missing hubby part though... could be I went to the wrong exit. :bonk:

Hi guys,

i have been sending pm to some of you asking too many questions. Kind of embarrassing but I need to.

By the way, I am working on my Ds230 now, I am just confused coz I quit my job before and am still waiting to be called by my other job. In short, I am still jobless right now. BUt I do not want to put n/a in item #12 in the DS230. I think Im gonna wait till next week if im going to have a new job ( if I will have then I can write it then in the DS230).

If I am going to have a new job, then, the info I wrote in my G325 will be different from the one I will write in my DS230. Will it affect our application? or Do I need to email USCIS or NVC for the change? We can go online and change the home address in USCIS website but none when u change your job.

NOt sure what to do here.

Thank you No where Man, tngrl.

Hello My friend Beth.

Morning all March folks,

Nor, Im not sure what you need to do, but we will find a answer.

Still no word from USCIS, but I have a calmness around me today, just knowing that soon I will have a answer from USCIS.

I was destressed to see one person got a denial notice via email yesterday, but that case has been going for 4 years, stuff not all told by her posting, I do wish her the best, and sorry for what is happening for her and husband. Being apart is the worst of it all.

For me today, another day at work, checking USCIS case status every so often thru the day. Maybe I feel the calmness cause of what I did, but maybe it was too late for filing the I-129F. I read that a un-consummated proxy marriage that the beneficiary can enter as a non immigrant, which means we will have to adjust status, but we will be together. I even included in the petition the Foreign Affairs manuel of the part of un-consummated prozy marriages coming in as a non immigrant. He would enter like a K1, but we dont have to re-marry once he is here, cause Texas my home accepts proxy marriages, yes I did my homework, I explained to them we sent the evidence, but how else can we prove to you at USCIS that we did consummate our marriage on honeymoon. I feel it was the right thing to do by sending I-129F, even though we had STRONG evidence we were together for honeymoon, so we will see the results of that filing. So thats it for me with USCIS for now, waiting and waiting. Trying to do what we have to just to have our marriage together, as God intened us to be.

Happy Friday all, and wishing you a nice weekend.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Hello My friend Beth.

Hi Nor, I don't think you need to call USCIS or NVC. Based on my experience, I also had a difference on my employment history between G-325A and DS-230.. and I had no RFE for that. It's normal, cause you'll get your new job after you send your G-325A. Just make sure to put the right date on the date column, and no overlaping between them.

Good luck!
