Good Morning ...no approvals and USCIS nearly stopped moving with family petitions ..that makes me upset really

we still have 3 days in that month ..may be ..who know !

Yes, nothing, dont understand it. Guess its the work visa. I dont see a deadline approval for us by May 31st.

Its a shame All boils down to timing of filing with USCIS. Seems like another petition is always most important with them then the family petitions.

im sorry to say but for US government ..the work visa are more Imprtant ..because via work visa they bring workers with less salaries than the US citizen are paid ..and for sure government and companies seek this for more profit and even more production with less expenses

as my wife once told me (they dnt want us to live here ) ,,shame .........

typically wht my wife say also ....when election is over ..the truth come out ..even my wife tells me abt the medical system and how awful its there ....hope things get better soon for all of us

still no touch or mail since april 30th. i cant call them. every time i try i get a idiot who tells me i dialed wrong. or if i dial to the national service center they have no response to any of my questions. anything else i can do other then just wait? thanks

Hi Beth..I feel so Frustrated also.But don't loose hope soon we can have our NOA2.But for now I keep myself busy by planting flowers so that I don't always think about my visa.Evey morning when I wake up Im so excited to visit my flowers and I don't really look and the USCIS website and I don't even ask my husband about it.Cos the more I wait for the approval the more it take so slower.Beth cheer up a lot of us here was waiting for the NOA2 in fact your lucky they already work your papers cos they already send you RFE notice.But for us the rest we don't know yet if we have RFE or don't have...

I understand what your saying, Yes, in a way we are lucky knowing that someone has looked at our petition, and its on a basket on a person desk waiting for our RFE evidence that I sent the 1st time with the petition. Maybe I did send too much evidence, after all we have been together for almost 3 years, 4 vacations together, we built a true marriage to show USCIS and the outside world. But we had more to prove, due to this is our 2nd filing, and the withdraws of last years petitions,

and when I enclosed solid evidence with our petitin in March, I wonder if USCIS even bothered to look at it, or said too much to look at RFE her. Now that is frustrating.

I work atleast 10 hours a day, and sorry to say, not a minute goes by without thinking "When are they going to look at my RFE evidence and make a decision" What is truly killing me is waiting for the decision, approved or denied. And that is not easy to cope with.

See Hon, I was not being ugly, thinking OH process mine first, its not like that at all. Our case is different then traditional marriages and etc. and we have been thru so much since June 2008, always waiting for the "other shoe" to fall, Understand?

i believe we shouldnt get so worried abt it only after June 20 ..

i just wanted to let u know wht i found ...28-40 days frm RFE sent to approval ...

hope sooner isA and that makes u feel good tht nothing wrong with ur petition

Hello! I finally got my internet back up and working. The guy who installed it last didn't do a very good job. Basically, the ports were too close so it failed. I'm okay now though and roasting my @ss off. :3
