Hahahaaa. I think the most I've ever spent at Walmart was $72 when I was in Lawton, Oklahoma. I swear that everyone in Fort Sill/Lawton area lives at that Walmart. I mean, EVERYONE was there. It was so crowded, and a lot of men in uniform...hehe. I'm a sucker for them. Now if only they made the uniforms easier to take off.. Okay, ending that train of thought...right now. :D

In all honesty, I'm just being myself. And I've no idea what piss and vinegar means but I will assume it's a good thing. I've been like everyone else here, stressed and wanting to see their loved ones. I'm going absolutely crazy. Well, time to head to work and glad I put a smile on your face. The proper way. Not the Joker way. ;D Kekekee. *hugs* I shall return. With cheesecake preferably. :D I love cheesecake.

Oh brother!

Just another thing to stress about...

So, what happens is is that you can get an RFE but let's say that you're not calling every single day because oh let's say, you've got a life OR... you've been given the run around of "I don't know" from the person at the USCIS so... you give up and let them do their work...

Only to find out (too late...) you got an RFE that you weren't told about! And now your case is messed up or even canceled...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that insane??? Like they wouldn't email you/ update your online file or god forbid, send you a hardcopy in the mail?

I want to have faith in this system and get 'er done and all, I really do but seriously? #######??? It freaks me out that the potential is there for them to screw up so monumentally and the onus lies on us. Seriously now...

Yeah thats what happened to us while we applied for the K1. although main reason for denial was not meeting personally before we applied. we did big mistake in applying feb2008 and we met each other in march 2008. BUt the most ridiculous thing was. they added about Our RFE in the hard copy of denial. They said we didn't send them RFE about them asking for G-325 for me and my husband both. how can it possible when u do not even get the mail Of RFE and sending it to them? That was making me and my hubby cry a lot while all these happen.. Really this ppl do not even update online status if we get RFE or whatever and the most freaking out thing was we appealed for k1 and jerks they took our 2 checks for appeal. that was by mistake my father in low sent it to Washington instead of sending to California. it was 685$ for appeal.. i wish i can kick them on their back ... we tried a lot to get back our check but they didn't replied at all. USCIS customer service and National customer service behaved like they do not know anything how to get back ur money. such a jerks..

Paris really i m so happy for u that u gotta know about ur RFE, and it was only bcoz of u calling them again and again and arguing with them i think thats why those jerks sent u fast. Here i m telling u do not be careless in anything.. not even a small stuff. make sure for everything first about us case and ur documents. I don't wanna scare anyone i m sorry. i m just giving advice. InshaAllah it won't happen to anyone, just try ot be careful thats it. we never had any information about visa stuff so may be thats why we got denial for k1.

hey lgg it was for k1 not for my Cr1 lol...

Im glad, you are all laughing now guys. I cant help but laugh with all your jokes though I c ant get some of those.LOL! See?

Beth, I do not want you to be sad. You are one of the strengths this thread can ever have!!! We have GOD too help us. And it is also nice to know that people here are very generous with their help to everybody. I do appreciate for all your help.

Now, I am wondering if we ever got an RFE but was not able to receive it? My husband cannot call coz he has been very busy with wok and everything else. He has too much going on in his life there and I do not want to stress him more.Problems with the house and taxes and I do not want to make him worry more about our petition. I am just really praying for it.

Just so you know Nor, a lot of the jokes are totally like nerdy. Such as Dr. Manhattan in Roswell and ''let's put a smile on that face.'' ;) It's us being American. Well, NORTH AMERICAN. See, another reason why Canada and the USA should fck immigration. I mean, 2 countries make up one continent. In my dreams maybe. So I bought an Nintendo DS the other day and I'm currently playing this game in which I get to be a defense attorney and I get to poke holes in peoples testimonies and it's just so awesome. >) When I get to the US, I'm going to study Law Enforcement/Criminology.! It's my major passion!

HI ber,

Yes, you guys have different kinds and forms of joke. Unless, us, Filipinos. Filipinos aare more animated when they crack jokes. My husband and my in-lawas here in Pampanga notice that. MY in laws are understand the joke more than my husband but my husband is learning now! :hehe:

Studying Law enforcement is cool I guess. That is nice though so we can turn to you if ever some people would put us down . hahaha

I too, wanted to be in the law enforcement before. I used to watch movies depicting police life, even Jacky Chan's movies. LOL

But just wanted,\. I guess, I wasnt so intellectual to be in the field. LOL

I hope we can have our NOA2 this last week of May.

Please God, give us the NOA2, pls. :innocent: :innocent: :innocent:
