it's a real shitty go this whole thing but once it's all done we'll all sit back and laugh about it...

God bless my mother in law, she called for me and they actually gave her information. The I-130 is still in the works, according to the phone representative and she also said, no RFE's or anything of the sort, everything is fine and that I shouldn't be worrying at this point.

Now it's time to figure out what the person meant exactly by "in the works."

And I think, myself, Beth and LGG should become the three musketeers of sarcasm and babs. We need to amuse ourselves somehow. :D

Exactly Egypt, no matter where in the process, there is worry, and concern and despair. And how does one truly prepare?, cause we've all heard the horrow stories of the interview and how the C.O treated the poor beneficary, like they are predators, and its not true. All 98% of us is real, and want a life with our loved ones. Thats all, just a life with our Love of our Lifes. This is one course they did not teach in school, How to deal with USCIS.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Have a good weekend, all... .

I reference to the Philippines a lot because my mom got to Canada by marrying my dad. And just, no offense to ANYONE from the Philippines but it has always been and probably always will be easier to migrate from Asia and the Middle east then from South/North America or Europe. xD

so true

but the most important is that we need to find serious solutions for that process ..

the whole problems lay in two stages ..USCIS and US EMBASSY

NVC is not a problem ...actually they do nothing but to collect documents and forward the whole petition to the right place

i must tell im searching every where seriously ti find any help ..still didnt have good luck with it ..

but i cant deny ..im so worried even though my wfe will be with me at Interview time GOD willing L:(

Middle East, Asia and Africa may not be necessarily easy, but they do seem to get approved the faster, then once they hit NVC, then it's a major slow down. Then when it comes to Europe, Canada, South America, it seems to drag through USCIS and then once they hit NVC, they fly through it. There are merely observations. I meant no offense to anyone.

On a completely different note. ITS NICE AND SUNNY OUTSIDE. :D

Easy, easy, please, lets all pull back a bit, Nobody is implying offense here, just simple observations! Yes MENA beneficarys do seem to get the ill treated in this process, but not all. I think the C.O. has a lot to do with this process.

Ber, its beautiful here, sunny, high 80's, might get some rain showers this weekend, but the garden needs rain water.

Truly happy!!!
