Sorry ive been trying to occupy my time staying busy so i dont break my refresh button on uscis site lol. hows your week starting mine is not bad i was so happy to see my noa1 come in. I called and woke my wife at 3 oclock in morning there to tell her :). We both are happy i hope noa 2 will come fast i know patience is needed for this sort of thing but by gosh i miss her so much

Yeah I've been busy slinging releases , and spent 45 minutes on phone with Customs officer, UGH!!! He finally agreed that I was right and posted my release of cargo.

I admit I have check twice today on USCIS website, they touched my petition yesterday, nothing today. I hope to see something by end of April, then I will get anxcious, lol

I was so happy to see NOA 1 , I wanted to frame it.

we filed in march too. we got a reciept number just a few days ago. what next?

interview date- 11/06/2009

visa approved! 11/17/2009.. pheww!!

received passport-11/20/2009

entered in US- 12/14/2009

POE- New york

welcome received- 02/01/2010

green card received- 02/08/2010

removal of condition-12/15/2011

ROC package sent to CSC- 09/21/2011

Congrats on NOA 1 all you can do is start preparing for NVC it make it easier on you, and just wait it us with all of us. We are all here to help each other.

Well dont be too worried about it i sent mine in on the 7th i think and it didnt show up till monday this week. so yours prolly be coming very soon. also i received my noa 1 same day check was cashed. Btw welcome too the march filers thread keep us updated on it ok:)

u cant know if they will send RFE till they do ..cheer up ..

even if RFE (its sent on advanced levels when they make a real process on ur petition) meaning if they do be sure u will be approved in 30 Days max ....RFE put ur case on hold till u reply back this is it ..and it means advanced processing as i mentioned .stop worrying ..i believe we all made mistakes ( although we spent days or even monthsd preparing )
