Morning everyone

Morning everyone, no news here, still waiting on pins & needles. This is absoultely pathetic. All evidence sumbitted, probely did not even look at it . Our lifes are truly within USCIS hands. And we are the ones that suffer. The distance, the pain, just wanting to be withour loved ones. Not our fault we fell in love with foreign nationals. Saying Im fed -up is a under statement.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Wow...

What is the deal??? None of us has any dates available when we might expect our files to be adjudicated... some people are getting processed in 21 days, some of us haven't heard a word.

What's going on with the USCIS? IT's so frustrating. No one that works there want's to detail our progress, their fabulous on-line update program is at a standstill and not being updated.

ParisHeart, was you stuff, like your RFE noted on the online update system? Was the fact that your package was received noted there?

God, it's like we're not allowed to carry on with our lives, to plan or to get things ready.

I've also heard/read articles that they're busy now processing temporary work visas. So... family doesn't matter now that the election is over? All they're concerned with is allowing cheap labour into the country?

It would be a lot easier this if we were at least at liberty of finding out where our personal cases were at, if they were being adjudicated or whatnot.

And now, there are no dates available for us to gauge when we might expect something. Anything. It feels really futile right now.

i read somewhere that work visas are being processed first because they have deadlines set by law.

sorry to hear that you are still waiting, lots of people here are too.

keep reviewing your documents for NVC that'll keep you busy.

do your normal routine for now.. go to work, attend classes, go out with your friends, watch your favorite sitcoms.. anything to divert your attention.

And just wait it out til they're done with work visa. i'm sure they have sets of schedules like how many family visas to work on and how many work visas per month. with luck... everybody here will get their NOA2 before May ends.

hang in there... you are not alone.

USCIS sent me email of RFE on Friday may 14th said it was mailed that day, turned out RFE mailed May 12, and got hard copy Saturday May 16th. I tracked my evidene I sent to them via UPS webiste to make sure it got there, and what person signed for it. But got no email from USCIS saying they received and and beginning case review on it yet. That should come next week, if Im lucky. I truly feel today, Im losing faith in the system, and when you lose faith, you have nothing. Our lifes are in their hands! and that is scarry.

Truly happy!!!

If I did not keep pesting USCIS saying I never got hardcopy of RFE, I never would of got it. Then our case would of been closed by USCIS.

Call and explain what you write saying, you never got 1st RFE from K1 and afraid it will happen again with oyur new pending case.

Truly happy!!!

Hello Mr. Simps, my husband tells me to ask you to listen to the USCIS telephone prompt... and follow instruction there insted of the one i posted here.

Perhaps with luck, you will get someone new who will ans your questions.

I dont which is harder, waiting for USCIS to reveiw RFE, or hearing husbands voice on the phone? Both tears the heart out.

When I usually call I press the option that I lost my case number, once only did I get to speak to someone who actually gave me good information. The other times they just read off of the screen like robots and said you are within the normal processing time. What options do you all go through to talk to someone helpful?

In this day and age, it's like family means NOTHING. Greed consumes mostly everyone which would explain the temp work visas. And what happened to first come, first serve? I mean, I'm happy for everyone that has been approved, or is close to getting approved, but it's extremely aggravating when someone that filed 2 months or more after you, gets approved sooner. Oh well. Nothing to do but wait about.
