hope im lucky Enough to know my Interview date so me and wife adjust her vacation here to be on the same time so i dont get worry abt the Interview ..thats wht im seeking now

meanwhile , i try to gather originals of bth my and her documents ..medical will be after i get the Interview letter ..

in the next 10 days i feel many of us will get the NOA2., just a feel

i want all hang on there ..its pretty close ..and whenever u do a step u wont be able to wait for the other to be complete ..like me now cant wait to have my Interview date ..then when its ...i cant wait for the actual Interview ..lol ...

all my prayers for who are near the approvals and who are still waiting online

yes! Of course with getting your visa!! you'll probably be our first graduate... or first born here! hopefully, not too much line in USE Egypt so you can have your interview soon. Have you thought about the medical exam? Can you get it before they schedule your interview?

feels like we're all in labor and waiting for the baby visa to pop out!

i can schedule to have the medical ..but i would prefer to wait till i have the Interview time ...thts all

actually right now i manage with wife to be here at time for Interview ..she is wild ..i know she wouldnt allow them ever to make fun of me or mis-treat me at the Interview ..she wouldnt allow this ever ...i like how she protects me and show her love

I miss my husband!!!He is very protective of me too, he chased a crazy homeless guy here in the Philippines coz the guy poked me hard. He's a big guy but I got scared for him. Never had anybody done that for me before. My dad is protective of me but he would've yanked me and ran away instead.

tht doesnt happen in Egypt ..rare actually ..they can stair at you .but not a word ..beside im having little muscles and look little big (6 feet tall ) , and she is small

since she left she didnt come back again ..but we reserved for July to be here ..BUT we r talking now abt waiting for the Interview email so we may consider to change July trip to make sure she be with me at the Interview JUST IN CASE they wana play games she can stand for it .

Yep, i think that's a good plan. I'm praying my hubby can come on my interview too. we're still waiting for whatever happens next.

I think it helps that the USC is there during interview, they are less likely to play games and trick you because a USC is there. They are citizens of course and are afforded more rights and protection since they are the taxpayers.

it's already almost 5am here... haven't slept a wink. i might as well wait for the season finale of American Idol.. hehe airing 8AM here with live telecast.

I love watching American Idol! But since I came her at the orphanage I have no time really to watch it. I guess, Its only Kris and Adam vying for the title. But for sure Adam's gonna make it. He has such a voice of a true singer. Can play well with his voice. I believe He can be very effective being a rock star.

Thank you no where. I really believe our nOA2 will be coming this May or if not, maybe at the first week of June.

By the way, Somebody is approved.She is a September filer of last year. Approved in just 8 months. I am really happy it didnt take a year for them. That gives us all hope that ours will be just in our time line or maybe, if it takes 8 months-it is not bad at all.

Well, TN, I thought Adam's gonna win but Kris made it! I was just thinking it was Adam but Kris is also a good singer. But I guess, Kris has won the hearts of many Americans, not just by his talents but also by his boy-next-door looks. He is cute also. But actually, whoever is the winner, deserves it.

Yey! Kris won!! I like Kris better.. Some of adam's song feels shouty to me... or maybe it's just my age.

as for DS3032, I didn't have any cover. The NVC asked us to put the Case Number on the Subject line. Then you have to put both petitioner and beneficiary's name and birthdate in the body of the email. Attach the completed ds3032.

as for ds230, i can email to you my cover letter. you can revise it accordingly.

oh!! Don't forget, do not leave anything blank in the DS230... that's where most of the RFEs come from.

Do not sign the 2nd part of it. and Sign with BLUE pen on the first part (don't forget to sign it, they want original signature).

I would suggest you send two of everything. Ie: two certified birthcert, two marriage Cert, two copies of DS230... just in case they lose one copy you don't have to courier a new set to your husband. Anyway, you can use all these at the Embassy or for other legal purposes after the visa process.

hello again mr simps here. are u all dialing with the 800 number then 121 then reciept number then 134? i keep getting the same lady and she keeps telling me i dialed the wrong way and then she says that they dont handle case questions at the california service center. are those the correct dialing instructions? thanks

1. DIAL STILL 1-800-375 – 5283

2. PRESS 1-2-1 ENTER YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER.

3. AS SOON AS THE YOU HEAR THE STATUS OF YOUR CASE, PRESS 1-3-4. THERE'S NO OPTION FOR THIS, JUST DO IT AND YOUR CALL WILL THEN BE DIRECTED TO THE SERVICE CENTER IN LINE WITH THE RECEIPT NUMBER YOU ENTERED.

4. IT WILL BE A WAIT FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES, BUT ONCE THEY ANSWER, IT WILL BE STRAIGHT THEM ASKING YOU ABOUT YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER.

5. THEY ARE VERY POLITE, AND THEY WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOUR CASE. IF IT READY TO BE ASSIGNED TO AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER, OR IF IT DUE FOR APPROVAL BY AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER, OR YOUR PAPERS IS STILL IN THE MAIL ROOM, ETC.

are we talking about the same 800 number? don't know why... we called three times, it was a different person everytime we call. try calling at a different hour. ie. if you have been calling in the morning, call in the afternoon.

sorry to hear you've been having problems with them... perhaps just bad luck. hubby and i never had trouble with their customer service, thank God for this. i know how it drives us crazy not getting any decent response.

but perhaps they are more... how to put it... erm... put off by calls lately because of the workload with the work visas. one April filer(or was it May Filer) was told that their petition will take 6 months to be adjudicated because they will use up all the time for work visas. Of course, no one to say if this is true or not.
