Well dear, He call USCIS while we talk throw yahoo voice chat. I never heard him being rude with them at all. He always been so kind and so good manured with them. He always does formalities like Thank you and please and stuff.. He is really forgetful person so when i talk to him via yahoo chat i ask him to call in front of me so he won't forget. ...

Mrs. Simps,. sounds like when your husband calls, he just get the wrong people to talk with. They can be short, rude , and so un-caring at times when we call. All we want is a scrap of hope thrown at us of a time line. I understand your furstration, look what I just went thru with USCIS, they never sent my RFE when they were suppose too, and if I did not call them back, USCIS never would of know they did not generate the RFE or much less send it, it would of ruined our case!!!!

Hang in there, I feel good things coming by end of May for all March filers, and my feelings are usually right, just like last Friday, I knew I would know womething with USCIS, and it happened, I did hear news!!!!

NOA 2 is coming your way Mrs. Simps, I feel it in my bones.!!!

Im okay, got RFE straighten out with USCIS, they never sent RFE when they were suppose too, its in the mail to me now.

Hubby is just fine, Im leaving for France in Sept. Weekend before Labor Day for almost 2 weeks.

Thank you for your support, it was driving me crazy wondering why USCIS did not send RFE, but now we know, Will let you know what RFE is about, I think its going to be easy peezy to correct. Have a good day, and thank you for your sweet positng, I apprechiate it so much.

Take lots of pictures Beth! And yeah, it's like USCIS gets paid for sitting there on the phone and reading out information directly off the website. That's why my husband hates calling. That and he gets very rude people. I tried calling myself, and they said my husband had to be there with me. But once I brought up that he was deployed, they FINALLY told me. :| Haven't called since April 23. And I'm okay with that, no rush. Calling again in July for sure because then he'll be here with me in Canadaland.

Berniece, No I would not know of RFE, RFE occured May 2nd, and notice was SUPPOSE to be sent out May 4th, NEVER happened, then I called May 8th found out about RFE, and then that prompted USCIS to check if RFE was mailed out, No it was not, SO if I did not call, USCIS would of thought RFE was sent, and I was not going to respond. And if not responded to, our case most likely would of been closed, and then we would of had to start all over again with filing.

Hehe thank you! He definately deserves it. Maybe we should call sooner than July then...to check if we have an RFE. No touchs since April 24 Blah.

i dont see a real updates here only for Beth

im happy that you finally about to get your RFE in Mail so u respond back as fast as it can be

this is great .as i expected also earlier . u will be done by end of May max ...

as of me no updates yet ...i wait for the Interview so i go to get the Medical done and then wait for the Interview ..

best of luck for whom still waiting at USCIS , i know how its hard the waiting is at every stage not only USCIS ..u will always want the wait to end and go to the next ...

LOL each march filers are funny in their own way lol... i just love to be part of this forum. I have my exam on 26th and i m just hanging around On VJ all the time, i don't feel like ginving the exam lol....

and why u wana do that ? if u dnt mind me asking !!!

i have a friend who needed to do that for many reasons so his wife called and asked that his case to be put on hold ...

and NVC state it stay valid for one year ..and evertime u call its re-validated ..but if one year passed wzout any emails or calls ...so all documents ..Fees expire and u need to submit them again (according to NVC gudielines )

so the better is to simply call ..hope everything is ok ?!!!
