Good Morning everyone

Good Morning

Congrats on your case complete.. I would have been completed too if I had not got a RFE. I hope to be complete next week and get a July interview.

Tayrivers,

I font understand why did you get a rfe at the NVC stage for the petitioners documentation? Didn't you give that in the USCIS stage?

yep, we're curious what your rfe is all about.

i'm starting on the NVC stage, would appreciate your input.

My I-130's are for both my parents. I made the mistake of not reading the full instructions on the IV instructions packet where it says that NVC needs originals of the Petitioners Birth certificate and Marriage certificate for all marriages if you are filing for a Parent or sibbling. So I had to overnight them to NVC they got there yesterday.

yes this is so true really

but u dnt need to be sad abt it at all ..a couple of days delay is acceptable somehow ,

beside u will be approved GOD willing by the end of the Week if everything is ok

Hang on there , u will catch us ..just keep ur timeline updated :)

Tayrivers,

That makes sense now. Thanks.

No where man,

Have you called about an interview? If so, what was the response? I called again this morning and they said that June Interviews are done. I will be in the next batch, July 2009, but no gurantees.

tell me

is the AVR is updated for ur case ? mine still tell me tht they got the DS-230 on May 5th ..nothing else ..wht abt urs ?

No where man,

The AVR says that our case was complete as of May 11, 2009. It changed at night. Its weird cause I called all day Monday and they told me I was in final review not complete and Monday night at 12am I called the AVR and it switched to your case is complete. I never found out from an operator.

I see you called NVC. They gave me the same answer as you. Wait until the second week of June. I guess we missed it by a few days. Here is to July......................................come on July..... But as you can see in the June interviewers thread in the NVC forum there was two scheduling in April, one on April 13 and April 23-24. I wonder why that happened? I hope they have two schedulings for May, lets look forward to May 21-22, 2009. Around my Birthday...Yeahhhhhhh!

Listen to how efficient USCIS is ,my call to them May 8th promted them to send RFE, due to the fact their system did not GENERATE THE NOTICE, & send it as scheduled May 2nd. But it was mailed May 9th due to my calling.

UN-BELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :blink::blink:

it happens a lot to USCIS now... don't know why. I was a victim of this system not generating any notices.

good thing you called. you'd receive it in 5-10days after printing. good luck!

are you still going in for the info pass?

no_where_man, we are still waiting for our DS3032 and AOS, still nothing from my inbox..

it's been 3 days now... :( everybody seems to be getting it in 3-4days... oh why oh why can't we just have a normal luck?

haha... okay enough whinning.

good evening everyone!!!

you're at least lucky that u were able to talk to an officer and get it taken care of. they wont even talk to me. all i get is call the national service center where they read from the internet to me what i already downloaded two minutes before calling. these people are getting paid for nothing. absolutely useless. its not customer service its a complete waste of time. i'll just wait to see what they send in the mail. i pray that God gives them a reason to at least approve our I130 soon amen. inshaAllah. all i can do is wait and hope. noone will help us but God.

i don't understand your case at all. could it be that your husband starts calling with an aggravated tone in his voice.

hummm... just wondering... not accusing you guys of anything. it is just that sometimes we might not be aware of it but

our tone reflects how we feel... ask your husband to smile all through out the call, when you do call again.

Keep it light and don't whine... they're just customer service they can't do anything anyways.

Ask for an officer.

we've called them total of three times, and they've been polite enough to tell us where our files are.

hummm... oh well, good luck! hope everything works out fine.

 Well dear, He call USCIS while we talk throw yahoo voice chat. I never heard him being rude with them at all. He always been so kind and so good manured with them. He always does formalities like Thank you and please and stuff.. He is really forgetful person so when i talk to him via yahoo chat i ask him to call in front of me so he won't forget.

Well i don't think my husband Was bad anytime with them. even i listen to them too i mean to say person who talked to him. they always answer him polity but with the same answer like can't give us information. I was thinking its only for us but they replied the same to one of the other VJ march filer so now i don't feel like it has something to do with our case only. Well he deiced not to call again now but i was so impatient and i told him to call. He said he won't call these ppl anymore now. I don't know how u got to talk with officer?

Better luck next time.. no complains about uscis now lol... may be they are great ppl thats why they paid for nothing.. i wish i can do that job.. i m sure i m gonna apply if i get the chance.. i can hurt so many ppl's feeling all the time by reading the online status lol... Hmm? anyways joke a part i don't wanna be part of that job where ppl gets hurt for their feelings.. I wish anyone from USCIS read this forum and realize how much we are desperate to meet our loved ones soon.

Hi tngrl,,

I know you are interested about forms or items that will probably be requested for an RFE and I know you research a lot. Please if anybody gave you an answer on the forms or docs that might be needing an RFE, kindly share it to me. I dont have much time now reading all the replies here in our forum as I am here in my in-laws helping the orphanage. I would really appreciate it tngrl. I will sneak out tomorrow and check my mail.

Goodluck to both of you guys.

i hope we can get our NOA2 this week. It has been a while that we are waiting for it. We got our NOA1 last March 26 and will be about 2 months since that time. My hubby is so busy with work now till June so he has no time yet to call the USCIS.

I really pray for it.

It has been 49 days since we got our NOA1 and still no NOA2 in the mail. I hope we can get it way much earlier before my Hubby comes for a visit this July when work is not so demanding anymore :hehe:
