Info Pass is a appointment you make with your local USCIS office. They will tell you in person what USICS will not tell you on a phone. For example what my RFE is about. Hand in there Berniece, Im sure NOA 2 will be here by end of May. And not much left of May.

i receive email from NVC today about my RFE status. And they send us checklist on what are lacking in our papers in Ds230 and i864

what time is it there? uhmm.. i'm slow with this.. in what state is NVC again? I have to keep checking the time difference.

i'm calling NVC everyday til my hubby gets back to US.

u just need to mark a specific hour to call NVC daily and not to change it ..this way prevent confusion that may happen as u have now .

doesnt matter what state ..just to know its on the eastern side of the states .cz all the eastern sides (like new jersy ..new york ..ohio etc ) have the same time ..anyway its in NH (NEW HAM)

sorry to hear abt your RFE`s problem ...just follow the instructions and everything should go perfect

nothing for me up to date ...AOS is finished ..and complete ...ds-230 under review still ..i guess by the end of that week i may get a case complete ...may be earlier i hope

something happening- today got two ref emails both saying missing ds-230 went to website i cant log in says case nolonger available for nvc processing ,AVR still has ref msg "we reviewed your documents and found information missing checklist mail sent on 05/08 blah blah "...........am going to give it tonight call back tomorow see if anything changes has been long journey

Hey i m in the same boat... since 30th April no touch nothing... Well so many ppl got approved and so many got RFE but i m still having nothing...

well TNgirl you were rite dear..... This website is really helpful but when we see everyone moving and i m on still stucked same possession, thats really hurts.. any ways i m happy for everyone who got the approval.. They ill be meeting their loved ones soon...

Apparently, Canada has one of the longest processing times. How lame. I sometimes wish there was no immigration within countinates, because a lot of the time, they're so similiar. I just hope my husband and I can start NVC by July. That's when I get to see him next, but only for 2 weeks.

Well true calling isn't giving touch either.. I hope so too dear for noa2 soon for everybody.. lets just hope we can start our NVC in june lol july if so far away...

i also got an RFE telling missing DS-230 ...tht was May 11 , also its date was May 8(the check list date )

but i called and the DS-230 is there and under review ...didnt get the sign in error yet ,,but i think on the way ..thts a good sign ..we r pretty good to go this week i believe

Hello!! Been a while since we last seen you here.

May we know what the RFEs are all about besides the police clearance lacking thumbmark? It would really really help me sort through the details of my package.

I still don't have an NVC number, and also still waiting to complete my DS230 package.

Well, perhaps this is because they moved to another building and your DS230 went on a short vacation elsewhere before landing in the new building.

Never got a touch except on the Apr 24th when everybody had one... not an indication of anything.
