Good Morning Everyone

hope all is ok and to hear good news today

what time is it there? uhmm.. i'm slow with this.. in what state is NVC again? I have to keep checking the time difference.

i'm calling NVC everyday til my hubby gets back to US.

u just need to mark a specific hour to call NVC daily and not to change it ..this way prevent confusion that may happen as u have now .

doesnt matter what state ..just to know its on the eastern side of the states .cz all the eastern sides (like new jersy ..new york ..ohio etc ) have the same time ..anyway its in NH (NEW HAM)

hope we can hear good news so soon for u

Drives me crazy!! I've travelled around Asia and seldom have to adjust time....

and now I have to keep track of what day and time it is in US!!!

I just called a few minutes ago, still nothing.

I'm off to sleep, got an early cooking class to attend to tomorrow.

Maybe get a hair treatment or pedicure after not yet sure.... i need to relax some.

this insane process is driving me to the brink of insanity.

good luck paris, hope u get that RFE soon.

No_where_Man, I'm betting you get approved within the week or early next week latest.

Hope you get an early interview too, that would be a great sign for all March Filers.

God bless everyone... keep the faith and your sanity intact. Surely God is merciful and he will send down showers of NOA2 and NVC Completiions.

So, I called the NVC this morning and they said my case is still under review. I went back to the website and I am still getting the same message. I hope their just putting the final touches then COMPLETE, come on push the freakin complete button already, jeez.

but they reported it may take a day or two till u hear it from operators ....

Im going to call back after lunch. It seems like everyone is getting interviews this week. I hope we are in this bunch.

Looking at the April NVC case completes, it appears that there was a bunch of folks that got interview dates on April 23, 2009. I dont understand the logic behind interview assignments. Anyone have a clue?

yeah i can still ..just did that now when u asked me ..my DS-230 is entered on May 5 into the system ..so u a day ahead of me ..so if they go in arrange so i would get the sign in error by today ....

i just called them ..told me AOS is complete ,,and DS-230 still pending (review they mean )..so the same message im getting since 5 days ..so im expecting anytime a case complete

in ur case i would courage u to call after sometime today as u stated ..thts the best

I called and found out it was processed and forwarded to CSC and

I got the email for NOA2 approval last friday. (5.8.09)

Got a touch yesterday from USCIS doing updates, then checked a few minutes later, got another touch today 05/11/09

Maybe they are mailing out RFE!!! I hope so, Im ready to get off this hellish rollercoaster ride.
