up to now : AVR just say they got my DS-230 on MAY 5 ...so as i just told u ..nothing new for me ...

Had bad day as you know, and night was worse, my Chow CHow "dog" Shelby passed away.

oh im so sorry , im out of words ..wht happened ?

Shelby was old, she was about 14, my dad gave her to me, so she was extra special to me. She had a good life with me, spoiled her like a princess, she just went to sleep and did not wake up. I put her in the yard and buried her. I will go to Lowes and get a marker for her, maybe a nice statue, St. Francis or a angel.

well may be its just false RFE ...alot of memebers reported it manytimes ....

just hand on there ..we should be done by the end of the next week GOD willing ...

Oh my my... i hope i won't have RFE.. This is ridicules.. I hate this cartoon characters playing with our files and our life... any ways its their job so they not gonna stop their self by doing it... Paris u got RFE so may be i will have one too. i do not have approval yet so more chances of RFE........ May God Give us approval soon ameen.....

Mrs Simps, please dont fret, the RFE was my stupid mistake, I put in the a non filed/registured copy of marriage cert, a simple mistake, but a costly one, due to I would of had NOA 2 last Monday. This is easily fixable, as soon as I get the RFE in mail, I will address the issue, and handle it this weekend. Well I pray it is the marrige cert thing, I dont know what else it could be.

Relax my dearest Mrs. Simps, you will be fine, please dont fret. God will see each and everyone of us thru this journey and many more to come.

ANNOUNCEMENT MARCH FILERS!!!

The March Filer 2009 Spreadsheet has been updated. Most of the Anticipated Dates are updated based on the date that the NVC Case number is received. We have seen a big slow down in CSC so I cannot for the life of me predict how each and every case will be adjudicated and sent to the Embassy. However, please do not be discouraged. This update is not an indication that we are moving along and ignoring your needs. In fact, I decided to update the spreadsheet so that everybody can track in real time the timelines of those who have gone ahead of us. This is also very helpful in case you have specific questions about a specific stage in the process... you'd be able to check who is done with what and you can ask them via PM or through this board. We are all here to support and lend a hand to each other.

Thank you very much for everyone's cooperation in updating their status in the spreadsheet. For those who have received news or updates and are moving along, kindly do not forget to update the spreadsheet and your VJ timeline.

Don't worry paris Next will it will be in ur mail box INshaAllah..... I am sure it won't be any complicated RFE, you will have ur approval soon dear.. u should be happy now that at least u got something to know about ur case.. I last time we got an RFE for our K1 visa and we got decision in few days i don't remember how many days but it was quick. LOL but our decision was denial decision... any ways i hope to have so many approval this month INshaALlah... Good luck
