Oh my my... i hope i won't have RFE.. This is ridicules.. I hate this cartoon characters playing with our files and our life... any ways its their job so they not gonna stop their self by doing it... Paris u got RFE so may be i will have one too. i do not have approval yet so more chances of RFE........ May God Give us approval soon ameen.....

Yes I got a RFE, I think its cause i did not send them the filed/registured copy of marriage cert only sent copy of the one the judge who signed it who married us. I have certified copies ready to send them Monday, if that is the reason for RFE. I pray that is the problem.

everything will be just fine , whenever u get the RFE follow exactly whts required ..give it 10 days and u get an approval ...told u earlier u would get through that by End Of May ...

yep.. just follow them instructions and soon you'll be joining us in NVC stage.

It is good that you called and asked them about the case though... at least you know you got an RFE sooner.

Give it a few days to get to your mailbox and maybe a week or so to get approved.

just wondering, why is that? almost everybody here gets some sort of update like if the file is already assigned or not.. and you don't get any answers?

i know that they almost always give you a standard answer, but usually at least one or two would be polite enough to tell you where your case is already.

No one answered politely ... i wish at least one person give us a good answer.. I don't know whats going on with our case... sounds like they are not interested in giving answer about our case.. I do not even concentrate in my exam's preparation. This is really a horrible journey for me. I don't wanna have my case stuck in corner of the desk until 1 yrs..

my I-864EZ reviewing is complete per the operator

my DS-230 was received via AVR and operator on MAY 5 ..and its sent for reviewing ...

AVR on my case says "we completed reviewing your documents and found some information missing or complete, a letter was sent to you on 05/06/2009 with details blah blah blah" when i call the operator i talked with three already all say they reviewed my AOS on 05/06 and is complete and now reviewing another mail received 05/01 ( i believe is DS-230)-non of those operators see that ref in file

oh im so sorry , im out of words ..wht happened ?

Shelby was old, she was about 14, my dad gave her to me, so she was extra special to me. She had a good life with me, spoiled her like a princess, she just went to sleep and did not wake up. I put her in the yard and buried her. I will go to Lowes and get a marker for her, maybe a nice statue, St. Francis or a angel.
