does nvc send ref via snail mail or email?last two days avr says they have missing information,i called nvc yesterday and first operator told me they dont have my ds-230 i told her i sent and received on 1st of may-she the said hold checked little bit said we completed reviewing your i-864 but starting on ds-230. seond one told me to wait for checklist in the mail .this morning msg chnaged to we completed reviewing your documents and info missing notice was sent on 05/06/2009--all correpondence on my case was via email -wondering why mail this time.

uhm ..u may want to call again ..and if u dealed wiz NVC through E-mail ..so u will get your checklist via E-mail ...thats the answer my wife got when we asked IF we ever have an RFE ....

but just call again and talk to someone else ..sometimes its just false RFE`s...

We sent an original of the marriage certificate. o_o Even though, we didn't have to. I mailed for another one a few days ago, I have a new one now. And let's hope that is the only RFE...lets be with our loved ones already. >o

Yes I got a RFE, I think its cause i did not send them the filed/registured copy of marriage cert only sent copy of the one the judge who signed it who married us. I have certified copies ready to send them Monday, if that is the reason for RFE. I pray that is the problem.
