03-28-2009 : I-130 Sent

04-07-2009 : I-130 NOA1

08-03-2009 : I-130 NOA2 Approved 116 days from NOA1

NVC

08-14-2009 : NVC Case number assigned

08-17-2009 : Provided both emails to NVC for DS3032

08-19-2009 : Received email packages from NVC / 08-20-2009 : Pay AOS fee $70 (Online)

08-20-2009 : DS-3032 sign/scan and emailed

08-21-2009 : AOS Payment Accepted/Paid on NVC

08-22-2009 : I-864(AOS) Sent to NVC

08-26-2009 : NVC AVRS confirm received AOS package

08-28-2009 : NVC received the Choice of Agent DS-3032 (No confirm email)

08-28-2009 : Pay IV Application Fee $400 (Online and processing...)

08-28-2009 : Email accepted DS3032 from NVC came 8 hrs later

08-30-2009 : IV Bill Payment Accepted/Paid on NVC

09-02-2009 : DS-230 pkg sent to NVC

Good Morning March Filers.....Anyone get NOA2 today? :D

No, nobody reported a NOA2. :( I hope that they will start coming over the weekend, unless USCIS decided to work on the new cases that came from VSC. How pathetic, my life became a meaningless case number on somebody’s desk. Sorry, but frustation is taking over. Good night.

03-23-2009 I-797C, NOA1 by California Service Center.

08-10-2009 NOA2 Approval by EMail. Hard Copy received in the mail on August 14.

08-25-2009 Email received: DS-3032 & AOS bill. DS-3032 Emailed and AOS paid

08-26-2009 DS-3032 hard copy Sent via DHL from Bolivia. Delivered on 08-28-09

Well my case has been one big coffee coaster since April 14 on a desk. I understand how you feel.

The April-09 I130 approval ratio is the worse compare with other month. Hopefully it will pick up by May

Thats April, this is March thread. April filers should see some life by end of May. 23 March filers still waiting.

Hopefully NOA2's pick up....we want to be with our loved ones already.

trying to stay positive but some days are harder than others.

wish I'd get told about anything happen with our cases.

Wow. I am away for a few days and there is like 5 new pages! I hope everyone is doing good! Hopefully May is a lucky month. No new touchs..and you know what's depressing? Finding out most of your friends have dual due to their parents. >_<
