NVC PROCESS : :

NVC :

1: Petition is approved ..its transferred to NVC ...keep calling till u get the NVC number for ur case .then provide emails with the operator (make sure u provided it correctly or delay will happen as members reported )

2: some days ..DS-3032 and AOS is generated via their system for ur case ..they send BOTH the petitioner and the applicant emails include the NVC case number ..and the INVOICE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and a web link for paying

(THEN send back the DS-3032 via the APPLICANT email to the NVC at once ) ( u should have an auto response answer after a while 5-10 min ..if not try another email , this way u made sure it made to to their system ………

3: you log online using these information’s in the provided web link to pay using bank account number (IN A US BANK(saving or checking) and the route number

4: first u pay it will show IN Process. and then you will find DOCUMENT COVER SHEET button is disabled

5: second day or the third max u will find the status turned to be PAID ..DOCUMENT COVER SHEET button is enabled

6: DOCUMENT COVER SHEET is what we call BAR-CODED SHEET (cz u download and print it ) and it contain ur name ..ur case number ..and a bar-code shape (tht NVC can read with devices ) ...thts the prove u will include in ur package and send to NVC wz ur papers to prove u PAID

the AOS(sent by the petitioner to prove to US government tht he/she can support the applicant, package must include and not limited to :

1 : Bar - coded cover sheet showing the affidavit of support form I-864EZ (OR I-864) fee PAID

2 : Completed and signed Affidavit of support form I-864EZ (if only one immigrant ) if more than one use I-864 instead

3 : ( Income Tax Return + W2 + 1040 ) for the last recent 3 years ( 2006 – 2007 – 2008 ) OR TAX TRANS FOR THE THREE YEARS WOULD DO THE JOB .

4 : A letter stating employment (to show title ..hiring date …the salary , and tht u still hired till now

5 : Copy of pay stubs for the last 6 Months( more months is better ) and up to date

some days when the DS-3032 is accepted by NVC (they reply back ur earlier email abt it telling u they got the selection of the choice of Agent )..then the DS-230 or wht we call IV (immigration visa) will be generated ...again log to the weblink ..pay and wait till it show PAID so u be able to print THE DOCUMENT COVER SHEET ..and here its time for the petitioner to send the APPLICANT documents (the applicant should send it to the petitioner earlier so in case ready so its sent to NVC by the petitioner as he/she is the agent )

if u were divorced then send all ur divorce decrees *originals

some important notes :

1: no need to bother ur self with DS-3032 bar-code instructions ..just send it via applicant E-mail (the immigrant ) and when its accepted then IV bil is generated (more fast and accurate than sending it via MAIL ),

2: if u decided to send it via MAIL u can download it from the email sent to u from NVC earlier when the AOS was generated ..and it contain its own bar-code ..so dont bother wz bar code instructions here

then i went to the web link to find the IV is invoiced and ready to be paid online (it wnt be ready till the acceptance of DS-3032 that u sent whatever by Email or MAIL

after every package u sent ..give it 4-7 days of delivery day to NVC ..then inquire about it to see if everything is ok ..or theres any RFE ....

after the two packages are entered into system and perfect ..so somedays and u get the magic word CASE COMPLETE ( some said when u have SIGN IN ERROR on the payment center we used earlier to pay ..so that means ur case is complete in a day or too ..so u call and confirm or pass a day and call to confirm that

after somedays of CASE COMPLETE (and depending on how much the embassy is busy ) you will be assigned an interview date

u can know by keep calling NVC after 10 days of CASE COMPLETE and up ..and also u will get an interview letter to both PETITIONER and BENEFICARY E-mails ..with all the required instructions ..........
