3. Four (4) Passport-sized photographs of the beneficiary

Why did you send 4 photo's the instructions say 2 photo's only.

Appointment NVC Processing

The applicant and each family member who will accompany the applicant to the United States will need to submit two front-view color photographs with a white background

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3740.html

simply because i read in alot of places about pictures tht are lost ...so i sent an extra two in case needed even on the embassy level ..cz ialready have enough to go with at the interview time

i believe (FOR SORRY ) tht none read my NVC details tht i mentioned earlier ..it was for u specifically cz u asked (i do remember ) ..anyway i will answer ur Q sure

when u provide ur emails to NVC ..later after some days they send u the invoice id number to ur email when ur AOS fee bill is generated ...

u take that link provided to u in the email and with these informations i said above (also using ur NVC case number )u go and sign in with it ...and pay the fees online (anyone u or ur man can do that ) as long as u know whts needed ( us banks account (checking or saving ) ,,the bank account number ...the routing nubmer .

when the fee show PAID (mostly the second day when u log again ) u will see down there a button (DOCUMENT COVER SHEET ) whn u press it ..it make u download a pdf file ...when u open it ..u can find ur details ( and u send that document cover sheet after printing it wz ur documents to NVC as an evidence for paying ) ,,,we name it (BAR CODED ) cz it contain inside a bar-code ...

i will put pictures for clearing in 10 Min hopefully .

Oh!!! yeah!! I remember.. but I was wondering if there's anything there that I have to sign and send in original or something. Coz if not, my hubby can print it out himself. I'm making a cover letter now.. make sure he sends everything correctly. He is busy with work and I want to make things as easy for him in assembling the package as I can.

How about photos (wedding stuffs)? and Emails, chatlogs...
