One more priceless tidbit she told me, that IF I sign up for a account, "witch I have" with USCIS, they will send me emails of when they do someting with my case. What the Hell is she talking about, we see touches, but never get emails of the touches. Or em I totally confused here, but I not. Call customer service for a real trip down BS Lane.

Thats a good one Egypt, did you get emailed of approval? Did betsy get email of RFE? No. CSC is not useing their system as intended, VSV seems to be, but not CSC. But truly she told me they will email me when they process my case, she made it sound like step by step by step, and I know better then that. I was polite as always, and just said Thank you, hung up my dis-couraged then ever. So calling customer service is useless, they see what we see on the on line system we all watch so closely. Only getting thru to a officer will tell you for sure if approved, We all saw that, Kenza, and tomuts and a few more found out by calling and no approvals on the on line system.

Hey Guys! My package was received on May 4, 2009. I sent in my I-864EZ and DS-230 in the same package. How do you know its under final review? When I call it just says that they received a package. When I talk to the operator they just say they recieved it. Does the message change once its assigned to a individual?

Mine said they had received a package for a few days, then today when I called the AVR it had changed to IV checklist received and under review. When I spoke to a operator she told me that the I-864 had been reviewed and was complete and that the case was now under final review for the DS-230 and to call back next week to see if it was complete.

Hey Guys! My package was received on May 4, 2009. I sent in my I-864EZ and DS-230 in the same package. How do you know its under final review? When I call it just says that they received a package. for instant :

i called since 4 days ..and they said tht my I-864EZ recieved in MAIL by april 23 (look to my time line ) (tht was a friday)

then it was entered into their system on April 27 AS RECEIVED (monday first work day on the week )

and since APRIL 27 till yesterday it was UNDER REVIEW AND COMPLETE ....

and they just enered the IV package yesterday into system and went to review...

after both are complete we should go to FINAL REVIEW ..then a CASE COMPLETE ..

I was just saying, Ivy wanted me to call everyday and I felt we didn't have good reason to call and I didn't want to bother them. If I call too much I have a tendency to run off at the mouth and say things I shouldn't It usually has something to do with nothing being done about the 20 million illegals in the country but yet we have such a tough time trying to get our loved ones here legally. SO my decision to not call was for my specific case.

Dont get me started with service center, it was like a trip to Disney Land talking to them this AM. LaLa Land is where they work.
