oh but my hubby called last Friday and now today and they had same answer for us.. dear GUNDAS u can call them and ask them about the status of ur case.. ask them whats going on with ur case ?

I dont know paris why they gave answer like this to my hubby ?

interview date- 11/06/2009

visa approved! 11/17/2009.. pheww!!

received passport-11/20/2009

entered in US- 12/14/2009

POE- New york

welcome received- 02/01/2010

green card received- 02/08/2010

removal of condition-12/15/2011

ROC package sent to CSC- 09/21/2011

Nothing is wrong with you case Mrs. Simps, its fine. Yes USCIS folks who answer phone can be riducules and un-feeling to us. Things will be fine!!!

Hey, can I ask you a question TN, and you should post t his stuff so we all know but:

Did you get any touches?

Did you call?

Is your case updated online or not? This will really help the rest of us calm down or figure out what sort of action we can take from here.

-Last one was April 24, 2009... that I think was the day that USCIS website was updated or something.

Did you call?

-nope. last time we called.... was a week or two ago!!!

-Nope. No update online or emails. I don't know... I certainly was not expecting it. :dancing:

what is the date on the NOA 2 > and are you still showing as pending in USCIS website?

No idea what the date yet, our neighbor just read the letter to my hubby. He blanked out after hearing the 'we got approved part'. he's on his way home, he'll update us asap. Case is still pending. Last touch 04-24-2009.... no updates.
