Eeee. I really do hope we all get approvals in May. But the last time we called, April 23 we were still in the filing room, but then the next day, we got a touch. My husband is going to call in a week or so, for an update. AND I STILL NEED TO CHANGE MY PASSPORT NAME. >(

Sweetie, Im not trying to upset you, the touch 99% was caused from calling, I have been keeping track of mine, and usually results in a touch within 24 hours. Except for yesterday, so my fingers and toes are crossed.

Hang in there Love, approvals are in the air.

Well, we got a touch after the call on the 23rd, then another one on the 24th. Regardless, I'm just happy that our petition isn't lost. I try not to let it rule my life. As long as it's approved by April 2010, I'll be happy. :3

Sweetie, you will be approved I bet my end of June 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , the very latest.

Oh and 10 to 1, I bet your petition is in the que to be assigned to a officer. Dont always believe what USCIS tells you!!!

They usually truly dont look to see where your petition is at, look what happened to me, one told me its in mail room. 2 days later a officer told me just assisgned to a officer, and I did not have to ask him, he just told me.

Truly happy!!!

I was lucky, I got ahold of real nice officer, he verified my info. put me on hold, and told me assigned to a officers desk April 14th, and to give it 30 days for a answer. 5 days later, got same answer from another officer, It just boils down to luck on the other end of the phone. Good luck.

Like I mentioned in above post, information they give you is who you get at other end of phone.

I called the 28th, got my questions answered, I called Friday, and was told to call Customer service.

I think we are next Mrs. Simps for approvals. We should know by end of May the very latest. Hang in there, and no crying, remember crying= WRINKLES. LOL Big hug to you!!!

Truly happy!!!
