Well every time my husband call USCIS they will looked our papers.So my husband think its better to call then atleast once a week....Lets see if they don't get tired to answer my husband same answer and approved our I-130.LOL

I hope my mother in law IS watching that mailbox. And I may be moving at the end of July, does anyone know if USCIS needs to know if the beneficiary has relocated? Maybe, but who knows. 8s

huh, wonder what's keeping the USCIS so long this time around.

no they are busy with the emploment petitions that they started to receive 1st April

siunce then and i told Beth`` im pretty sure approval process will slow down``

up so far ..this is true

they received 42.000 working petitions ...and still till 62.000 Allowed (every year by law)

they received 42.000 working petitions ...and still till 62.000 Allowed (every year by law)

ah! that sucks. shouldn't family be more important than employment? anyway, i thought the US economy went on down turn... why are they prioritizing these employment based visa... why can't they give the jobs to the USC? sounds illogical to me.

well, i'm glad there's still no case reported from Philippines, i'm prone to catching all kinds of flu and to top it off i didn't get the flu vaccine yet.

the WHO just elevated it to a pendemic status. that's not a good sign. hope it goes away soon.

you are right ..no logic here ..also i heared via the US embassy in cairo that there voices to cancel the diversity lottery that are done every year ...(law grand 50.000 Through this every year) , and also they block all countries that have high immigration numbers in the last 5 years ( i downloaded that from department of state website ...these countires include but not all (General countries and come on top : Phili , India , China , Vitenam ............islamic conutries and that include : Iran , Pakistan and alot other but thts wht in my memory now )

i believe actually that the first step the US must do is to deport all ILLEGAL ppl there ..they take jobs and consume alot ...if deported these ppl tht will allow USC and also PR to live good and healthy no doubt ...

andyes no doubt i agree family petitions come first (specially if u know that employments petitions must be done by 6 months never more )

yeah ,,i feel sorry for whom died ,,thanks GOD we dnt have any cases in Egypt ...we dnt eah pork anyway ,,But GOD help all these who suffer it
