Try from March 11th and onward!!! YUCK to CSC.

Its almost like those choose a stopping point, cleaned up some older filed petitions, hopefully will resume from March 11th and onwards. One can only hope .

They have approved people after March 11th, My Parents I-130's were approved on March 30th. I do not know why people who applied at the same time, some are approved an others are not. There is no logic to it at all.

Oh wow, congrats on that touch. Nothing new for my husband and I. :(

This week has been so busy lately. I'm sad that I haven't been on VJ as much as I'd like.

Still nothing for me.... no touches.. nada.

I don't get it! I saw one here who got their NOA1 on March 17, they also sent a K3 soon afterwards and they already got approved! WTH!!!!

If I had known that the K3 might give me a chance at speeding up the NOA2, I would've asked my husband to send it long time ago! GRRR!!!!

I hate it!! I hate every single sec that I have to spend apart with my hubby, it is like a torture that never ends. What's worse is that he can't come over anytime soon coz it is way too expensive to keep travelling back and forth.

I feel so shitty today... I'm going out to watch X-MEN later, maybe that'll take my mind off this process for a while.

Have a good evening everyone!

Sis I think K-3 is more slower than CR-1.Cos my cousin her husband file a K-3 for her. They file the petition last Dec.2007 and she have her interview last April 28,2009.See sis how long they wait for it.Were lucky we have our NOA1 AFTER few days our husband send the petition cos my cousin husband got there NOA1 after 3 months. Then one of my friend also have CR-1 they send there petition last January 2009 and they got there NOA2 last April 23.So for me I will wait for our NOA2 and never expect it too much.Cos the more we expect the more its getting slower.
