I just phoned NVC to ask about the new address and she told me that it took effect yesterday, but anything mailed to the old address within the next 30 days will be forwarded to the new address.

Does anyone know what is in the Instruction Packet and does it get sent to the petitioner or the beneficiary?

I am sorry Paris Heart if my post upset you. I was just excited. I so hope you get good news soon.

NO NO, nothing to do with it at all. Anybody who makes it out of the USCIS, NVc process quickly is blessed, and that is the way it should be. Im glad you parents will be here with you, family is the ONLY thing that counts. Life is too short to be missing your loved ones. All of our times will come, when God see's it is time.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Today #37 Igors un-approved list, moved up a notch since yesterday. Would someone please invent the USCIS approval clock! I guarantee you will be a million quickly,

4 months ago I applied for a job in Paris, was turned down, now they offered me the same job yeasterday morning, now wondering if I should take it for a 8 month contract and just file DCF in 6 months there. But may things to consider, mainly what could happen by Nov. could me make deadline, or if I take position, would it of all been in vein?

this depends really on manythings

if u will move ..wht abt ur old work? will u lose it ?

wht if u decided u wana get back to the states for any reasons ? would u find a job by then ?

as of immigration ..if im to move then I-130 should be withdrawn...cz most of the address details wont be valid any more

and even on the G-325A thts urs then u move ..wait 6 month and apply forDCF

but generally if in ur place i would stay as im ..wht u know is better than wht u dont ..at least u r stable in ur work ..finance (which both are required for your life wz ur man )

but if u moved and start all over ..wht IF ?!

No luck today, it seems. Maybe tomorrow is better. I went on a 6 hour drive today, I saw horses with clothes. And some guy drove his truck off a bridge, and another persons trailer got disconnected from his truck XD

I just got home. Guess what?! I was the 1599th person who applied for Marriage Certificate oday!!! :( That was a pretty long line... then after lining up for 30 mins, they asked me to go travel to a different place to get a transmittal paper showing that my Marriage Certificate was filed in the National Statistics Office already! GRR!!! Then have to go back again and start all over again! Seems silly to me.

I will receive my copy on May 18th. That's like 20 days from today. Hopefully, we get our NOA2 and NVC# right around that time. So nothing to hurry about for me now. Until the time I get all documents in.

Just a reminder... Pls. update your timeline.

Click the link on my signature... edit the spreadsheet then "SAVE & CLOSE".

Thanks!!!
