I was thinking of getting one too....but there's so many things to do...I have work and dont have time for that...Atleast I already have my passsport with my married name.....hmmm....what else do i still need for the NVC......

We just assumed it was his, because it didn't make sense for them to want my employment. But I guess we should have realized that the question was on my side of the form...maybe we can call, and um, see if we can change it now...

No , but start looking soon for touches to your petition. You could get approved with no touches.

No, The average wait time for a I-130 is 6 months. It's normal not to get any touches, or updates.
