Good morning all cant sleep coffee#1 i will mail out the ds-230 today maybe found some problems with her police records form it should have her thumb print on it and does not any of you from philippines know if it is not normally put there or what?

awww, almost forgot someone had asked about if you could get a touch in mail room... Not that I am aware of.

also about standard answers for uscis.. I was told 2 days ago it should be another 3-5 months before your case gets worked on.

I would not base your flight ITN on what the people say, "actions speak louder than words"

Thank you im keeping my fingers ,toes and eyeballs crossed on that one and will just send as is cant believe i overlooked that a month ago while putting all this together.

my last touch was March 16

and since that and there no moves ..and still Pending

so wait for it ..it will come soon

My I-130's for my parents has been approved and we are now half way through NVC but the USCIS website still shows them as Pending and there has been no touches since the reciept notice.

So hang in there you may be closer than you think.

Hi Tomuts: You mean the police certificate? The NBI COpy? Yes, it should reflect on it the finger prints of the above named person, I got mine last Tuesday and I got to pay twice coz in the first clearnace it was not specified which country iwas heading so, I filed again another one that says: For travel: USA. And yes, both contain my fingerprint. BUt let us just hope it will be okay.
