My husband is finally here! He came into Chicago last night with no problems. Security was simple in Chicago- he was with me an hour after he landed.

1-8-2009: Emailed DS-3032

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
