Hi folks. Hope everyone is doing great!

Just got a quick question and I need some answers, please.

so my fiancee lost her phone and needs to get a new one. Of course, now her phone number will be different from what is listed on the application form?

how do I update this piece of information with the immigration office?

USCIS will not call... consulate won't unless there is a problem

YMMV

So how do I update fiancee's phone with USCIS to make sure they have the right phone number if they need to call? application forms are with the USCIS currently and not with the consulate yet.

Let me reiterate... The USCIS will NOT call...

what about the consulate? if they need to call which number will they use? is it the one I put on G325A forms? that's the one which is no longer working because fiancee phone got stolen.

I think you are worrying over nothing.

If you call USCIS and try to change it, they'll probably tell you that it will be... but it probably wont be.

If you are that concerned, then just wait until you are approved (noa2 / I-797) and call NVC, DOS or the Embassy to have it changed. I doubt they'll call either of you for anything anyway.
