Hello Dear All,

There is something about our case that makes me soooo worried. It has completed on October 6 in NVC and I sent back all requested forms to the consulate on October 30 after receiving Packet 3. But yet after 4 months we have no news about interveiw appointment or Packet 4 :crying: My fiance has called them 3 times & all they told was "your case is in processing". Then our attorney sent a request letter to them about 3 weeks ago but they have not answered to it also.

It's about one year that I've not met my fiance and it's too frustrating. I don't know what more we can do about it except of waiting & waiting & waiting :( I asked my fiance to send a letter to the senator but he believes they can do nothing for us, please let me know if you have experienced such a long delay with Naples embassy
